Automated IT systems management software vendor Kaseya is
joining forces with HTG Peer Groups, an international network of solution providers,
to form the Kaseya Champs Group.

The group is intended to link HTG members with product
resources like training and best practices, as well as give the vendor customer
feedback and guidance, the company announced Friday.

HTG Peer Groups are networks of solution providers who
gather quarterly to network and discuss relevant IT issues. Through peer
collaboration members are able to improve their own businesses and share
information. The Champs group will be comprised of HTG members who are
customers of Kaseya. The group will launch in the first quarter of 2011.

“The Kaseya
Champs Group is an opportunity for us to build even closer relationships with
our customers,” said Jim Alves, executive vice president of strategy and
product marketing for Kaseya, in a statement. “It’s an opportunity to provide
active dialogue and sharing of best practices, marketing and technical
resources, resulting in increased success for our customers.”

Arlin Sorensen, founder and CEO of HTG, said the group was excited about the
addition of the Kaseya Champs Group.

“We expect
this approach to be embraced with enthusiasm by many of our HTG members who use
the Kaseya platform to provide managed services for their customers. The HTG
champs groups are an excellent example of the power in peer to peer information
sharing,” Sorensen said in a statement.

“We’ve been using the Kaseya solution for more than five years to provide
outstanding service to our clients,” said John Pavlik, president of Resource
One, Inc. and a Kaseya champ, in a statement. “We are happy to share new ideas
and tips as well as facilitate feedback with other service providers who may be
in similar business situations.”

Kaseya is
scheduled to participate in the HTG Peer Groups’ Summit in Dallas in May.
