Sherweb, a cloud marketplace and distributor for managed service providers (MSPs), recently announced usecure, an automated Human Risk Management (HRM) platform for MSPs, is now available.

usecure brings security training offering to Sherweb MSPs

The usecure platform will allow MSPs to provide their clients with automated, user-tailored training to improve security awareness without complexity. It offers automated security awareness training, phishing simulations, dark web monitoring, and policy management to enable MSPs to boost clients’ cybersecurity posture.

Sherweb’s 7,500+ MSP partners can now automate and personalize ongoing cybersecurity training for individual employees.

Further, usecure will allow MSPs to evaluate clients’ HRM needs, identify users’ individual risk areas to develop personalized training programs, and calculate real-time risk based on user training performance, simulation results, and regular security scans.

“At Sherweb, we recognize that human error remains a significant vulnerability in cybersecurity,” said Benji Germain, VP of product at Sherweb. “With usecure, we’re equipping MSPs with the tools they need to transform human risk into a robust defense mechanism, fostering a culture of security awareness and resilience.”

According to Sherweb, the launch of usecure underscores the organization’s commitment to providing clients with innovative, people-first security solutions while ensuring that MSPs have a dedicated team and resources to drive business growth. The new platform will help Sherweb enable MSPs to reduce risk while simplifying cybersecurity management, meeting compliance requirements, and building stronger cyber resilience across the organization’s customer base.

“As cyber threats continue to evolve, MSPs need tools that not only protect their clients, but also support sustainable business growth,” said Jordan Daly, CMO at usecure. “Our partnership with Sherwed gives MSPs access to a scalable, automated Human Risk Management solution that simplifies compliance, reduces client risk, and drives long-term value. Together with Sherweb, we’re empowering partners to turn human error into a security and business advantage.”

Adding Keepit and Rewst to the portfolio

The addition of usecure to Sherweb’s marketplace is one of several platforms added in the past few weeks, following the launch of Keepit and Rewst in the first quarter.

Keepit is a platform with an API-first architecture for seamless integration with leading applications, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Google Workspace. The solution allows MSPs who work with Sherweb to streamline the backup and protection of data critical to internal processes and workloads on Keepit’s cloud-native platform.

“Keepit represents a significant step in Sherweb’s mission to support our partners in simplifying their operations and boosting profitability,” said Germain. “MSPs are often burdened by complex, costly backup solutions that don’t fully meet clients’ needs. By offering a simple, intuitive, and cost-effective backup solution that supports a wide range of SaaS workloads, Keepit empowers MSPs to confidently protect clients’ data while waving time and reducing costs.”

Meanwhile, Rewst, an orchestration and automation platform for MSPs, enables the automation of repetitive, time-intensive tasks for Sherweb’s MSP partners while helping them enhance efficiency and focus on growth-driven initiatives.

Rewst helps MSPs address challenges such as growing workloads, stretched resources, and the need to deliver consistent, high-quality service by automating processes like ticket triaging, user onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 management, and password resets.

“Even before this partnership, we were seeing growing demand from MSPs to integrate Sherweb into Rewst workflows,” said Charile Tomeo, CRO at Rewst. “Now, MSPs have the flexibility to purchase Rewst through Sherweb’s marketplace as well as automate purchasing and reconciliation of Sherweb licenses using our platform. The potential business value for MSPs is substantial.”

Sherweb has stayed busy by adding solutions to its marketplace and helping MSPs maximize their value. Read more about the security solutions Sherweb made available in its marketplace to remediate cybersecurity threats.
