Procure IT, an AI-driven IT procurement and management company, recently announced that it would be rolling out its AI-driven procurement platform to provide providers with cutting-edge tools to deliver IT sourcing, management, and cost optimization to clients.

The platform is designed for Procure IT’s partners, which include technology advisors and agents, MSPs, VARs, ISVs, IT consultants, and private equity and venture capital firms. Through this platform, these partners will be able to demonstrate value to business clients through a single pane-of-glass that centralizes visibility and decision-making.

“Procure IT’s AI-driven platform represents a major leap forward for the IT partner community,” CEO of Procure IT Randy Jeter said. “For the first time, partners can offer CIOs and CFOs an end-to-end IT procurement solution that not only streamlines technology sourcing, but helps them turn technology into a competitive advantage. By optimizing IT spend, performance, and risk, partners can demonstrate real value from day one.”

The Procure IT platform offers AI-powered tools to simplify IT procurement and financial optimization. These tools include:

  • The IT DataPack report for auditing a client’s IT environment to provide a quantitative and qualitative assessment of capabilities and gaps.
  • Cloud FinOps to provide visibility into usage, rightsizing resources, and cost control.
  • SaaS FinOps to optimize spend on SaaS applications by identifying and eliminating unnecessary SaaS subscriptions, negotiating better pricing terms and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Technology expense management for fine-tuning tech spending by streamlining invoice processing, ensuring vendor accountability, and identifying cost savings.

The platform will help partners enhance customer experience through breaking down silos by integrating IT procurement, along with performance and expense management, allowing partners to deliver seamless and holistic solutions to their clients.

Built-in tools like cloud cost management, SaaS optimization, and TEM allows partners to offer services that drive new business and upsell opportunities. Furthermore, Procure IT will enable partners to offer proof of value which will showcase the immediate impact of the platform on cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Additionally, the platform provides CX enhancement support, assistance in generating new revenue streams, and support for delivering proof of value. Procure IT’s procurement experts will be working with their partners to deploy and manage the platform for their business clients.

“We’re actively seeking technology partners to join the Procure IT partner program,” said Jeter. “We believe this platform will become an indispensable tool for partners looking to differentiate themselves in the marketplace.”
