Deel, a payroll and outsourcing company, recently announced that it is launching new white-label and reseller programs to enhance its customers’ and partners’ growth and revenue potential. The programs will allow channel partners to customize the HR and payroll experience for customers’ teams.

According to Deel, teams have become more globally dispersed as technology advances and remote work becomes more common. Around 89 percent of contracts created on Deel are for remote workers.

Deel is an all-in-one platform that can help customers capitalize on emerging trends. These new programs will help teams keep pace with constant changes on a global scale and within their own company.

The white-label solutions

The new white-label solutions allow businesses to integrate Deel’s global hiring, onboarding, and payroll products in their own offering under their branding. Deel is offering an out-of-the-box option where a company can easily add its own logo, colors, and design elements to create an end-to-end solution that looks and feels like a part of the customer’s company. Additionally, Deel can help solve more tailored needs with a customized API.

“Handling a large volume of international contractors was time-consuming and we knew we could streamline our efforts,” said Kahveh Saramount, Director of Alignerr. “By white-labeling Deel Contractor, we’ve transformed our processes– automating workflows like onboarding, compliance, and payments.”

Alignerr, a community of subject matter experts helping to train and label GenAI models, recently adopted Deel’s white-label solution to quickly onboard its specialists. Other companies, such as talent marketplace and staffing company eTeam and HR company Joyowo, also use Deel white-label to offer end-to-end services beyond their core competencies.

According to Deel, they’ve already seen the potential of their white-label program driving key growth verticals. Data labeling companies that are powering the AI revolution need more employees and are utilizing Deel’s white-label solutions to hire and onboard quickly.

Global reseller program

To go along with their white label program, Deel is also launching a global reseller program to allow partners to resell our payroll and HR products. As part of this program, Deel partners will receive discounted pricing, a custom API, in-house support, and ongoing enablement as part of the program.

“Work has gone global and there is a huge opportunity in helping companies find and implement the best payroll and HR tech to meet this new need,” said Keith McDermott, partner at EPI-USE. “Deel is a true one stop shop. It’s flexible enough to help smaller businesses with hiring, onboarding and employee engagement as well as solve complex issues for enterprises who need global payroll and IT support in several countries.”

EPI-USE and Multibook are current partners who have been working with Deel under this model to achieve Deel’s mission to make running a global business as easy as running a local one.

These new programs will help drive growth for businesses of various sizes, and new research suggests that growth will remain the top priority for channel organizations going into 2025. Read more about why some MSPs are prioritizing growth over innovation.
