ManageEngine announced Tuesday the launch of MSP Central, a unified platform designed to support managed service providers in delivering IT services across multiple clients through a single interface.

Developed in-house, MSP Central offers a modular structure with native multi-tenancy and role-based access controls, providing a comprehensive solution for MSPs.

It aims to help MSPs streamline service workflows, device management, threat protection, and scale client operations more efficiently.

Modular architecture brings together RMM/PSA and more

The platform brings together essential tools for remote monitoring and management (RMM), professional services automation (PSA), advanced server monitoring, and endpoint protection.

The core capabilities integrated into its new MSP platform include infrastructure management, ticketing workflows, and cybersecurity features, such as anti-ransomware, patch management, and browser security.

The company stated that the new platform enables providers to track contracts, enforce service-level agreements, and monitor server performance across Windows, Linux, virtual systems, and databases.

MSP Central supports integration with over 20 third-party tools, including Zoho applications, through open APIs and pre-built connectors.

ManageEngine’s long-term vision is to power MSPs with a singular platform

ManageEngine’s MSP platform features include AI-powered capabilities such as ticket summarization, sentiment analysis, and alert correlation, designed to reduce technician burden and expedite incident resolution.

The IT management software provider said the platform marks the start of a long-term roadmap to consolidate its service provider offerings under one platform.

“With MSP Central, we’re bringing together the best of ManageEngine’s proven IT management and security capabilities in a platform designed from the ground up for MSPs,” said Mathivanan Venkatachalam, vice president at ManageEngine.

The company also announced plans to expand functionality over time, with upcoming support for SIEM, privileged access management, and advanced analytics, as well as closer integration with compliance and business systems.

Growing need for MSP market consolidation

The launch comes as MSPs grapple with the growing complexity of managing multiple clients, compliance obligations, and the need to incorporate more cybersecurity features into their offerings. According to an industry report from Canalys, newer cyber solutions are expected to drive more growth for MSPs, with the market projected to reach $ 731 billion by 2030.

MSP Central is now available globally, with pricing based on selected modules.
