Information security company CyberArk has launched a new SaaS-based console and enhanced partner program designed to help managed services providers (MSPs) expand their identity security offerings and drive growth.

The updates announced last week include a new CyberArk MSP Hub and an enhanced partner program built to support MSPs delivering converged identity security services across multiple customer environments.

According to the Israel-based firm, the MSP Hub will act as a one-stop management console for partners delivering the CyberArk Identity Security Platform.

It provides multi-tenant visibility and streamlined administration tools to manage both human and machine identities across privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and identity and access management (IAM) domains.

Streamlining operations for identity-first MSPs

The launch is designed to help MSPs optimize the delivery and management of identity security across complex, multi-customer environments. The MSP Hub connects directly to all managed CyberArk instances, helping reduce operational overhead and accelerate the rollout of converged identity services.

“In a hyper-connected world, selecting the right MSP is about finding a trusted partner that strengthens both daily operations and cybersecurity posture,” said Michael Steele, senior security operations manager at CyberArk’s strategic partner Optiv.

Partner program built for scale and profitability

Alongside the new console, CyberArk is introducing a refreshed MSP-optimized partner program. The initiative includes dedicated SKUs, tiered discounts, and tailored go-to-market support to help MSPs scale their services profitably.

Eduarda Camacho, chief operating officer at CyberArk, said the company’s goal is to make it easier for MSPs to adopt the complete identity security platform and deliver results.

“CyberArk is committed to empowering MSP partners with tools that drive value and operational excellence, making it easy to adopt the full extent of our platform and helping them grow their identity security practices,” said Camacho in a press statement. “CyberArk’s SaaS-based platform and console are a scalable and simple-to-use way for MSPs to offer the industry’s most complete set of identity security services, helping address their customers’ complex identity-centric challenges with reduced time-to-value and driving sustainable revenue growth.”

With over 300 MSPs already in its ecosystem, CyberArk is positioning the new updates as a way to expand its reach and support a growing demand for identity-first security strategies in managed service environments.
