Cleo, a provider of supply chain orchestration solutions, announced a new capability within its EDI managed services solution, Transaction Monitoring & Management (TM&M).
AI-powered approach to managed integration services
The new capability, “intelligent error categorization,” is an AI-powered approach to how integration errors are identified, categorized, and resolved for managed services customers.
Cleo’s TM&M offering combines CIC, the Cleo Network, and managed services to provide a technology-enabled EDI managed service. With this new capability, Cleo is now equipped with AI to deliver faster resolution rates for managed service customers.
“Cleo has a history of leading the market with many ‘firsts’ for delivering supply chain orchestration solutions,” said Mahesh Rajasekharan, president and CEO of Cleo. “We were the first provider to put EDI and API integration on the same cloud platform; the first to bring control to our customers with the choice of self-service, managed services, or blended services business models; and the first to empower both technical and operational personas with end-to-end business process visibility. It is fitting that we are the first to revolutionize the market with an AI-powered managed services solution– closing the loop to optimize end-to-end supply chain workflows.”
Cleo touts time savings and re-prioritized productivity gains as benefits of the new offering
Cleo’s AI-powered TM&M service delivers key results including:
- 96 percent of all errors are automatically resolved without human intervention, allowing Cleo managed services and support teams to focus on higher-priority tasks.
- 75 percent of integration errors are automatically analyzed and grouped into actionable clusters.
- Exceeding a one-hour human response time commitment by over 12 percent.
To capitalize on a proactive, AI-powered approach to managed services, Cleo leverages AI/ML and software development best practices with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
“Cleo is the supply chain partner every company needs,” said Joe Bowersox, VP of Technology Solutions, Jasco Products, a Cleo customer. “Cleo gave us more than a platform– they gave us confidence. In just 90 days, Cleo helped us pull off what most teams couldn’t in nine months. Their execution was nothing short of heroic. We’ve slashed chargebacks, eliminated manual work, and gained full visibility into our operations– this is real digital transformation.”
According to Cleo, the company reports a customer net promoter score (NPS) of 50.
