Observability solutions aren’t new to the market, but in an era of AI and interconnected tooling, the technology has taken on new significance to many organizations. Coralogix has spent much of 2025 showing its commitment to growth and innovation in the space.

Why observability is now mission-critical for organizations of all sizes

The Coralogix platform is built for IT leaders and business-minded executives alike, bridging traditional gaps in visibility and insights. It consolidates logging, tracing, metrics, and security analytics into a single view, integrating with various cloud providers and other tools.

The company promises to address pain points in siloed monitoring and the gaps it says users of other legacy platforms often encounter.

“Previously, our tech team would have certain visibility and reporting things on our infrastructure side, and then the business leaders might have a few others, but it was very siloed,” said Chris Cutajar, director of information security at Coralogix customer NetRefer. “I’ve used multiple tools over the years to try to address observability problems.”

Coralogix, of course, also sees a vast opportunity available in a market full of legacy players. CEO Arial Assaraf told us in April that his company is focused on disrupting the market and bringing AI-powered observability tools to partners and customers.

“Businesses can’t just assume the tech works anymore, and roles in customer service, engineering, and more need to have the right tools in place to do their jobs efficiently,” Assaraf said. “As things get more and more automated through AI, people are still going to need to monitor the output, identify security controls, and address customer concerns when things don’t work.”

NetRefer highlights how Coralogix dashboards and alerts drive proactive security and smarter operations

The ability to leverage Coralogix’s dashboards, built into the platform and automatically created based on available telemetry across the business, has allowed NetRefer to make data-driven decisions on internal operations. To Cutajar, that ability has brought teams together efficiently and led to more strategic outcomes.

“I think I’ve used most of the major tools on the market at this point,” Cutajar said. “When I first saw Coralogix, it immediately felt different. I fell in love with it pretty quickly, and it’s really paid off for us already.”

In addition to finding the technology itself valuable, Cutajar emphasizes the importance of customer support in unlocking the full potential of the tools.

“You start very quickly to see how effective they are and how responsive they are to any questions we have,” Cutajar said. “They are the masters of observability, and it shows in how quickly they follow up with us. We talk with them monthly about anything we have noticed internally, and they keep us updated on new features and how we can mature in our usage with them.”

Cutajar also notes that the alert functionality within the platform has identified potential threats before they escalate into true crises, enabling the team to become “more proactive and less reactive” in addressing risks.

Coralogix continues to expand market share through strategic product releases and partnerships

Over the first nine months of 2025, Coralogix experienced significant growth as it introduced new features and strengthened its valuation.

So far in 2025, the company has:

As Assaraf told us in April, the company is committed to the potential of AI-enabled observability built for modern needs.

“This is not an opportunistic move for us to just jump on AI right now,” Assaraf said. “We’re not just getting a couple folks together to build out an interface. We’re investing significantly in an entire team and operation focused on how we can better leverage AI.”

Coralogix, in addition to the recently signed SCA, is an AWS Advanced Technology partner. Its partner program is open to MSPs, resellers, and consultancy businesses and counts Deloitte, Optiv, AllCloud, and others amongst its channel ecosystem members.
