Quantum Corporation, a provider of solutions for AI and unstructured data, and Entanglement, Inc., a quantum-inspired AI and advanced computing company, recently announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on AI infrastructure.

Partnership extends beyond PQC to include AI data storage capabilities

The partnership will not only port quantum logic and applications and enable post-quantum encryption, but also support a Regionalized AI Data Storage service to deliver scalable, regionalized, and post-quantum-ready AI infrastructure: the Entanglement Storage Platform (ESP).

The MOU will see the companies collaborate to do the following:

  • Integrate post-quantum encryption into Quantum’s storage solutions meant to deliver next-generation data protection for AI workloads, sovereign clouds, and regulated industries.
  • Enable Entanglement’s quantum logic and AI algorithms, utilizing unused compute capacity across Quantum’s distributed storage clusters, anticipated to drive breakthrough performance and efficiency for large-scale AI and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
  • Establish Quantum as Entanglement’s Global Strategic Storage Partner to support the ESP.

“Integrating our quantum logic with Quantum’s storage fabric transforms idle data into active intelligence,” said Jason Turner, Chairman and CEO of Entanglement, Inc. “Together, we’re unlocking computational capacity hidden in global storage networks and securing it with post-quantum encryption– turning the world’s data layer into a high-performance, sovereign AI backbone. Customers will be able to tap into global AI computing infrastructure, giving them immense flexibility, control, and security over their valuable AI datasets.”

Demos and more coming in 2026

The ESP will first debut at Entanglement’s West Palm Beach, Florida data center, where it is expected to demonstrate secure, scalable AI dataset integration capable of connecting regional computing infrastructure across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

The two companies are expected to offer demonstrations of the ESP and integrated post-quantum encryption capabilities in 2026.

“Entanglement’s vision for regionalized, AI-driven infrastructure aligns perfectly with Quantum’s mission to deliver intelligent, secure, and future-proof data storage platforms,” said Hugues Meyrath, CEO of Quantum Corporation. “This collaboration strengthens our ability to serve customers operating at the intersection of AI, security, and compliance.”

Entanglement’s quantum push

Earlier in the month, Entanglement also made another move to advance its innovations in quantum computing.

The organization agreed to an MOU that established a strategic partnership with Maybell Quantum, a provider of quantum infrastructure.

The move will enable Entanglement to purchase Maybell’s dilution refrigerators for use in its quantum laboratories and innovation hubs. In return, Maybell will supply its cryogenic platforms to support Entanglement’s quantum experiments.

“We are excited to partner with Maybell Quantum, whose innovative infrastructure will supercharge our global quantum research efforts and help us tackle some of the world’s most complex challenges,” said Turner. “Maybell builds the best cryogenic systems for quantum experiments and will power our labs globally. This alliance represents a significant step forward, especially given Entanglement’s recent commitment to Colorado and Elevate Quantum as well as our recently announced innovation hub and lab in Vienna, Austria, all an effort in making quantum technologies more practical and impactful.”

Quantum computing has seen an uptick in popularity this year as AI has accelerated the rate of data collection. Read more about how QuSecure is aiming to make quantum growth safe for partners.
