GTT has introduced new capabilities within its EnvisionDX platform.

The enhancements, announced Jan. 15, expand EnvisionDX into a more autonomous, real-time orchestration portal for channel partners, consolidating global connectivity, security, and managed services into a single interface designed to speed deal velocity and improve quote accuracy.

GTT stresses the importance of partner feedback in developing new digital channel experience

According to GTT, the updated EnvisionDX channel partner experience was developed based on feedback from technology solution distributors (TSDs) and various partners, targeting persistent pain points in the quoting process.

These include incomplete or inaccurate site data, limited visibility into available service options, and slow quote turnaround times that can delay sales and revenue recognition.

The platform now supports self-service configuration and on-demand quoting for single- and multi-site deployments, with real-time pricing generated once essential data is entered.

“The features were designed based on direct input from TSDs and trusted advisors, with a clear focus on reducing friction in quoting, improving visibility and simplifying workflows,” GTT Director of Product Management, Digital Experience, Laura Lehman, told Channel Insider.

“Feedback highlighted the need for a more seamless, self-service process that removed unnecessary fields, reduced manual back-and-forth and provided real-time insight into quote status,” Lehman continued.

Lehman also told us feedback was critical to the API-enabled experience and to clearer terminology throughout the process.

GenAI validation and real-time quote visibility

A central component of the update is GenAI-powered address validation, which GTT says enables partners to verify multi-site location information in real time.

The company claims this reduces rework and back-and-forth between partners and internal operations teams, a common source of delays in legacy quoting models.

EnvisionDX also introduces enhanced quote visibility, giving partners real-time insight into quote status from initial submission through revisions.

GTT says this transparency reduces the need for manual follow-ups and improves collaboration across advisors, distributors, and GTT’s internal teams.

“The new GTT EnvisionDX is exactly what our trusted advisors (TAs) have been asking for to eliminate slow and manual quoting processes, which, across the industry, can take weeks,” said Allison Hammond, the vice president of operations at Avant.

“The ability to generate accurate quotes in real time eliminates one of the biggest obstacles to closing new business and allows us to serve customers more efficiently. GTT is a partner that is listening to our feedback and delivering a platform that supports its world-class channel partner program, setting a new standard in the industry,” Hammond continued.

“The ability to quote both single- and multi-site deployments, combined with AI-assisted address validation, bulk uploads and reusable templates within GTT EnvisionDX, allows partners to scale efficiently and support larger, more complex customer environments while reducing manual effort,” GTT Senior VP, Channel and Partner Program, Americas, Sara Seegers, told us.

Channel program momentum and differentiation

The EnvisionDX updates build on broader channel investments GTT announced in 2025, as the company looks to differentiate itself in a competitive landscape for connectivity and managed services.

The company says its channel program has driven nearly 20 percent funnel expansion and a 15 percent year-over-year net sales increase, supported by increased partner adoption and engagement. With the new EnvisionDX experience in place, the company expects to see more growth in 2026.

“Now that the enhancements are generally available, I believe this is another differentiation point for our channel sales directors to demonstrate to new Trusted Advisors, who have either not quoted GTT for some time or are unfamiliar with GTT entirely,” Seegers said.

Unlike traditional channel models, GTT emphasizes flexible transaction routes designed to prevent blocked accounts and support co-selling arrangements.

The company also highlights direct access to senior leadership, faster commission resolution, and partner input into product roadmaps as key elements of its channel strategy.

“As the technology services distributor channel community continues to expand globally, GTT EnvisionDX provides a quick and simple way to configure, price, and quote for our joint customers, anytime, for any location,” said Mark de Haan, the SVP of EMEA and APAC at GTT.

“Additionally, in conjunction with our ongoing deployment of AI capabilities, our channel partners and customers gain enhanced visibility for a better service experience,” de Haan said.

Platform parity with internal sales teams

GTT notes that channel partners now access the same EnvisionDX platform used by its internal sales teams, with additional visibility layers that enable shared workflows and collaboration.

The portal supports secure single sign-on, bring-your-own-identity options, two-factor authentication, and an API-first design that allows partners to embed EnvisionDX functionality into their own tools.

Additional capabilities include simplified network creation, easier site additions to existing deployments, and enhanced visibility into customer environments across regions.

“We are a truly partner-obsessed organization, and ultimately, our goal is to unify the partner experience, remove friction and collaborate with our partners to fully enable them to succeed,” said Seegers. “The release of the new GTT EnvisionDX experience for our channel partners is a significant milestone in our mission.”

The updated GTT EnvisionDX channel partner experience is available immediately to the company’s channel partners globally, with continued AI enhancements planned as part of the company’s broader platform roadmap.
