January saw a flurry of organizations hiring for the new year, including many CEOs. So many, in fact, that it required a Part 1 and Part 2.
February’s leadership changes include several impactful hires from organizations such as QuSecure, Syncro, ConnectWise, and KnowBe4.

CEO hiring spree continues
Xurrent names Brian Wenngatz CEO
Xurrent, an AI-powered service and operations management platform, has appointed Brian Wenngatz as CEO, following his stint as CEO of Sentera. Kevin McGibben, now-former CEO, will transition to Executive Chairman.
“Brian is the right leader to take Xurrent forward. He knows how to align teams around clear priorities, scale organizations effectively, and focus on work that delivers real impact,” said McGibben.

Avanade announces Chris Howarth as new CEO
Chris Howarth has been named the new CEO of Avanade, stepping in for Rodrigo Caserta, who will be stepping down as CEO after 11 years with the company to take over as Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President, Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel (SME&C), Americas.
Howarth joins Avanade after over 28 years with Accenture, where he worked closely with Avanade for more than five years in a leadership capacity within the Accenture-Microsoft ecosystem.
He will retain ownership of the overall Microsoft relationship.

OneTrust taps John Heyman as new CEO
OneTrust, an AI-ready governance platform, has announced that John Heyman will serve as the organization’s newest CEO, succeeding founder Kabir Barday, who will remain in a strategic advisory role on the Board of Directors.
“AI has created a once-in-a-generation opportunity for OneTrust to become mission-critical infrastructure – the governance layer every organization needs for data and AI. We are proud to continue to be a significant investor in the company through this evolution,” said Thomas Laffont, a member of OneTrust’s Board of Directors and co-founder of Coatue.

Heyman brings with him experience from stints at Radiant Systems and Snap One, where he guided both companies through growth and IPOs.

Valiantys names Israel Forst as CEO
Valiantys, a global IT and digital transformation consultant, has appointed Israel Forst as CEO, after previously serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager of North America.
“The future of work will not be defined by platforms alone, it will be defined by how effectively teams collaborate, decide, and deliver,” said Forst.
“At Valiantys, our job is to bring the clarity and structure needed to turn our clients’ tech potential into real business outcomes. As CEO, my focus will be on scaling that impact, making Valiantys the partner enterprises trust to modernize their work.”
Prior to joining Valiantys, First served as SVP and GM of Professional Services at Salesforce, growing North American Professional Services to over $1 billion in revenue.
Cardinality.ai names Phil Agee CEO
Phil Agee is taking over as CEO of Cardinality.ai, a technology and analytics company that partners with government agencies.
According to Cardinality, this move enables the organization to advance to its next phase of disciplined, scalable growth as AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven modernization reshape public-sector health and human services agencies’ delivery of services and improve outcomes.
Agee brings over 20 years of experience leading organizations, including building high-performing teams, aligning technology investments with mission outcomes, and helping organizations mature from emerging innovators into market leaders.

Channel and sales leaders join companies to bolster partner deals
ConnectWise appoints Johannes Kamleitner as SVP GTM EMEA
ConnectWise, a software and services company for IT solution providers, has announced that Johannes Kamleitner will be taking over as Senior Vice President, GTM EMEA.
Kamleitner will lead ConnectWise’s EMEA GTM organization, which spans key regions in the UK & Ireland, DACH, the Nordics, and Benelux.
“I’m thrilled to join ConnectWise at such an important time for MSPs across EMEA and UK,” said Kamleitner. “The opportunity to work closely with partners and regional teams to support growth through innovation, automation, and security is incredibly compelling. StorMagic appoints Scott Mann as Global SVP of Sales
Scott Mann has been named StorMagic’s newest Global SVP of Sales, bringing 15 years of sales leadership experience in the IT space, with a focus on security, virtualization, edge computing, and hyperconverged infrastructure at organizations such as Scale Computing and WinMagic.
His appointment is meant to enhance StorMagic’s ability to execute at scale and capitalize on the rising demand for simple, resilient on-site virtualization at the edge.

BlueCat names Jeff McCullough as VP, Worldwide Channel and Alliance
BlueCat Networks, an Intelligent NetOps leader, has announced Jeff McCullough as its new Vice President, Worldwide Channel and Alliance.
McCullough most recently served as VP of Sales, North America at NetAlly and brings 25 years of experience in partner-led growth in the technology sector. He’ll be tasked with overseeing BlueCat’s global alliances and partner strategy, with a focus on expanding the company’s channel-first ecosystem.
“Jeff’s success building high-performing partner organizations and scaling alliance programs will be instrumental as we expand our ecosystem,” said Peter Brennan, CRO, BlueCat. “His leadership will deepen alliances, accelerate partner-led revenue, and position our partners for success as customers’ needs evolve.”

Mariel Fink named Anaplan’s new channel chief
Anaplan, an AI-driven scenario planning and analysis platform, has appointed Mariel Fink as senior vice president, global channels and alliances.
Fink will oversee the organization’s global GTM ecosystem and scale the company’s partner strategy. She’ll also be responsible for accelerating growth and helping joint customers make smarter business decisions.
“Mariel is a high-caliber leader with a proven track record of building strategic enterprise alliances and scaling robust GTM programs,” said Greg Randolph, Anaplan’s president and CRO.

Workleap names Peter Dougherty as new CRO
Workleap has found a new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), naming Peter Dougherty to the position.
Dougherty has over 15 years of experience scaling SaaS organizations and will work to guide Workleap through its next phase of expansion.

Chris White named Camunda’s new CRO
Camunda, a provider of agentic orchestration, has announced that Chris White will assume the role of CRO.
White brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, go-to-market, and customer-facing organizations. He will focus on driving revenue growth by aligning and overseeing all revenue-generating functions.

Silverfort names Joseph Schramm as new channel leader
Identity security company, Silverfort, has appointed Joseph Schramm as Vice President of Global Channel.
Schramm will be charged with leading Silverfort’s global channel strategy and deepening engagement with strategic solution providers, global systems integrators (GSIs), specialized identity consultancies, incident response firms, and cyber insurance ecosystems as enterprises elevate Identity Security as a core risk control.

QuSecure appoints Brian Cunningham as EVP Strategy & Growth Leader
Post-quantum cybersecurity and cryptographic agility organization, QuSecure, has named Brian Cunningham as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Growth.
Cunningham will be charged with building and scaling QuSecure’s go-to-market operating system across the federal and commercial sectors, aligning strategy, delivering readiness, supporting partner ecosystems, and driving execution discipline to support enterprise-wide adoption of quantum-resilient security.

Syncro names Carl Koussan-Price CMO
Syncro has appointed Carl Koussan-Price as chief marketing officer (CMO), leading the unified IT management platform’s global marketing organization and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Koussan-Price recently served as SVP of marketing at ZoomInfo, leading global marketing and growth initiatives and expanding upmarket acquisitions with a focus on automation. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Freshworks.

Halcyon taps Scott Stout as President
Anti-ransomware platform Halcyon recently appointed Scott Stout as the company’s new President, leading its global go-to-market organization and operational execution.
He will be tasked with helping accelerate Halcyon’s next phase of growth as ransomware threats escalate globally.

Torq names John White as new Field CISO
Torq is appointing John White as Field CISO, joining from Virgin Atlantic, where he served as CISO.
White joins the agentic security operations provider with more than 20 years of leadership experience. Prior to his work with Virgin Atlantic, he also helped transform security functions at ASOS, Liberty Global, AEG Europe, and KPMG.

DDN names Mohsen Moazami as Vice Chair, Guido Torrini as Chief Financial Operating Officer
DDN, an AI data platform provider, has announced the appointment of Mohsen Moazami as Vice Chair and Guido Torrini as Chief Financial Operating Officer.
Moazami will work closely with CEO and Co-founder Alex Bouzari and the executive team to deepen global customer relationships, expand government and sovereign engagements, and strengthen DDN’s long-term positioning with the investment community.

AI-driven platform for human risk management, KnowBe4 is adding Kelly Morgan as Chief Customer Officer to oversee the company’s end-to-end global lifecycle and lead KnowBe4’s customer success, customer support, managed services, and professional services.
Morgan provides over 20 years of executive experience leading global customer success and post-sale teams. Prior to joining KnowBe4, Morgan served as Chief Customer Officer at DocuSign and held the Chief Customer Officer and General Manager positions at Sykes.

DryRun Security appoints Andrew Peterson to Board of Directors
DryRun Security has made the appointment of Andrew Peterson to the company’s Board of Directors.
Peterson, an entrepreneur, technologist, and investor, is the co-founder of Signal Sciences and brings with him a proven track record of building category-defining security companies.

Tequity Advisors names Thomas Moewe as ServiceNow Leader, M&A Advisor
Thomas Moewe has been named by Tequity Advisors as the organization’s new ServiceNow Leader, M&A Advisor.
Tequity Advisors is a sell-side M&A advisory firm focused on B2B Enterprise Cloud, SaaS, and technology-enabled services companies.
Moewe will be tasked with advising ServiceNow-focused services firms on positioning, growth strategy, and M&A readiness for an operator-level perspective on specialization strategy, AI-enabled delivery, and valuation drivers.
