DataDome has launched an enhanced Partner Program to more tightly integrate resellers with its technology and cloud alliances, as AI agents introduce new security complexities for enterprise customers.

Announced on Tuesday, the updated program is designed to move beyond traditional channel structures where resellers, technology alliances, and cloud alliances operate independently.

New structure connects resellers with alliances

According to the company, the revised framework is intended to reduce friction between partner types and help deliver more comprehensive security outcomes.

“Many partner programs grow by adding breadth, but partners still end up operating in silos,” said Cynthia Dunphy, director of channel sales at DataDome.

“We built this program around quality and connection, not just scale, to be more intentional and more connected, so resellers can plug into a broader ecosystem and collaborate around what customers actually need. When partners have clarity, enablement, and the right support, everyone wins faster,” Dunphy’s statement continued.

The rollout comes as organizations grapple with the operational and security implications of AI-driven agents and increasingly seek guidance from trusted advisors to secure digital environments.

DataDome’s program introduces three reseller tiers—Authorized, Growth, and Strategic—each with defined margins, enablement milestones, and co-selling benefits.

The company has also launched a new partner portal designed to support deal registration, pipeline tracking, and access to program resources.

“Our customers want procurement to be seamless across partner and technology relationships. The way we work together reflects how connected we are and how quickly we can deliver the right outcomes,” said Aurelie Guerrieri, chief marketing and alliances officer at DataDome.

“In an agentic world, trusted guidance and collaboration matter more than ever. DataDome has built an outstanding alliances program, and I’m excited to extend it to select VARs,” Guerrieri continued.

In addition to the tiered reseller structure, DataDome is introducing a Referral Partner Program targeted at partners, consultants, and advisors, with a streamlined enrollment process.

Focus on seamless procurement and co-selling in an ‘agentic world’

The company is emphasizing closer alignment between procurement processes and technology relationships as customers deploy more complex, AI-enabled infrastructures.

DataDome says its ecosystem includes more than 80 integrations and supports deployment across web, app, API, and MCP server environments.

The platform is designed to operate across multi-cloud and multi-CDN infrastructures, enabling partners to implement protections across increasingly distributed customer environments, including emerging agentic architectures.

As enterprises accelerate AI adoption and expand digital footprints, DataDome is positioning the enhanced program as a way for resellers to embed more deeply into customer security strategies while leveraging its broader alliance network.
