January is now in the book, and channel organizations have made a number of early-year acquisitions to boost their capabilities and to better serve customers.

Service provider consolidation continues across ServiceNow, VMware ecosystems and more
CoreX expands ServiceNow delivery capabilities with InSource acquisition
CoreX, a consulting and implementation partner of ServiceNow, has completed the acquisition of InSource’s ServiceNow business unit.
With this acquisition, the two ServiceNow partners will operate as a single, purpose-built organization to scale with intent, elevate enterprise transformation outcomes, and meet demand for AI-enabled, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions worldwide.

11:11 Systems is acquiring Ntirety
Managed infrastructure solutions provider 11:11 Systems has acquired Ntirety, a managed and professional IT services firm.
“11:11 has been actively working with many former VCSPs to guarantee secure, compliant, high-performing cloud services and determine the best path forward for both their customers and their business,” said Brett Diamond, CEO, 11:11 Systems. “Ntirety has a strong global VMware business with incredible in-house expertise and amazing customers, and we are thrilled to welcome them to 11:11’s award-winning, resilient cloud platform.”
11:11 Systems has acquired five VMware-based businesses over the past three years: iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services, and Faction.
UST to acquire Tailwind
AI and technology transformation solutions provider, UST, is acquiring Tailwind Business Ventures, a Texas-based fintech company.
Through this acquisition, UST will be able to increase its share of digital banking solutions implementation and support services for banks and credit unions.

LevelBlue acquires Fortra services in new partnership
Recently, as part of a new strategic partnership with Fortra, LevelBlue has acquired the managed services of Fortra’s Alert Logic Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
The recent acquisitions strengthen LevelBlue’s expanded MDR platform, providing Alert Logic’s client base with a larger global footprint, broader threat telemetry, and accelerated detection and response across complex environments.

OneSix acquires CTI Data
Data and AI services firm, OneSix, is acquiring CTI Data, a data, analytics, and data management consulting firm.
Through this acquisition, OneSix and CTI will form an end-to-end data and AI partner with a strong presence in the Snowflake ecosystem.

CTI will add experience supporting data-intensive enterprises across regulated industries like healthcare, life sciences, and higher education.
Flexera makes two strategic acquisitions
Technology spend and risk intelligence leader Flexera has announced two recent acquisitions as the company expands into FinOps.
These acquisitions include ProsperOps, an AI-enabled FinOps automation solution for public cloud, and Chaos Genius, an innovator in AI-driven cost optimization for Snowflake and Databricks.
Through these moves, Flexera will enhance its capabilities to deliver a comprehensive, intelligent, and autonomous FinOps solution that includes cost reporting and allocation, workload optimization, and rate optimization.
“As enterprises adopt AI across their infrastructure, the need for intelligent, automated execution has never been greater,” said Flexera CEO Jim Ryan. “ProsperOps strengthens our ability to deliver on that promise, helping organizations govern cloud spend with precision and scale outcomes that were previously out of reach.”
Infoblox plans acquisition of Axur
Infoblox has recently agreed to acquire Axur, a provider of AI-powered security solutions that protect businesses from threats beyond the perimeter.
The hybrid, multi-cloud networking and preemptive security organization has acquired Axur to combine its preemptive security capabilities with the company’s to enable organizations to block communication with malicious infrastructure at the DNS layer. This will help reduce median attack uptime to hours rather than days.
“Many modern attacks now start outside the traditional network, on fake websites, social platforms, app stores, and search ads,” said Scott Harrell, president and CEO, Infoblox. “That’s why security teams are moving beyond their perimeter, focusing on seeing what’s exposed and reducing risk before a breach, Axur extends our preemptive security offering by giving customers the ability to see and stop these threats earlier with rapid, AI-powered detection and takedowns that disrupt malicious infrastructure before it can be weaponized.”
Until the transaction closes, Infoblox and Axur will operate independently. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions, which are expected to close in Spring 2026.
Amplitude acquires InfiniGrow
Amplitude, a digital analytics platform, is acquiring InfiniGrow, an AI analytics platform designed to help marketing teams measure, forecast, and optimize their impact on revenue.
The combination of both organizations will enable enterprises to unify data and change analytics, moving them from backward-looking reports to an active part of forward-looking decisions.
InfiniGrow will enable Amplitude to provide marketing teams with session-based analytics and better insights into the context of user sessions.
“By adding InfiniGrow’s technology to Amplitude’s platform, we’re giving new teams and new analysts a practical tool to confidently make everyday decisions with AI,” wrote Wade Chambers, Chief Engineering Officer, Amplitude.
Leadinfo makes Visitor Queue acquisition
LeadInfo, a team.blue brand, and European B2B website visitor identification and lead intelligence platform, recently announced the acquisition of Visitor Queue.
Visitor Queue is a Canadian company that provides B2B lead-generation and website personalization software. The organization will strengthen Leadinfo’s value proposition within the team.blue ecosystem, improving their ability to deliver best-in-class SaaS solutions to B2B organizations.

Radware acquires Pynt to bolster API security
Radware, a provider of application security and delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments, is acquiring Pynt, an API security testing company.
Pynt will help enhance Radware’s API security portfolio with pre-production API security testing capabilities. This will enable customers to identify and remediate API security risk earlier in the development lifecycle while maintaining continuous protection in production.

Westcon-Comstor acquires REAL Security
Westcon-Comstor announced it will acquire REAL Security to gain a foothold in the Balkans region.
Westcon-Comstor is a technology distributor that specializes in cybersecurity, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions. The acquisition of REAL Security adds local capability to Westcon-Comstor’s global cybersecurity business, connecting MSPs and MSSPs in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, and North Macedonia.

Datadog to acquire Propolis
Propolis, an autonomous QA testing platform, is being acquired by Datadog, a provider of observability services for cloud-scale applications.
The combination of adding Propolis with Datadog’s deep production context, including traces, logs, and Real User Monitoring (RUM) data, will create the first solution to automate testing end-to-end.
The integration will enable agents to infer user intent from how applications are used, rather than just how they were designed.
