MSP and partner consolidation continues
TekStream acquisition of ImagineX’s cybersecurity business
TekStream is acquiring the cybersecurity business of ImagineX, including its Cyber Strategy & Advisory, vCISO, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
Through this acquisition, TekStream will expand its ability to deliver digital resilience as an integrated operation model – aligning cybersecurity strategy, governance, exposure management, and day-to-day security operations under a single accountable partner.
Meanwhile, ImagineX will focus on its core growth engine by retaining and further investing in its high-growth software engineering, data, and AI services for enterprise clients.
“In an AI-driven threat landscape that never stops evolving, cybersecurity resilience must be treated as a continuous capability – not a one-time initiative,” said Rob Jansen, CEO of TekStream. “That requires more than tools or reports. It requires clear ownership. By combining MDR with embedded strategic governance and executive leadership, we connect boardroom intent directly to operational outcomes – transforming cybersecurity from a reactive cost center into a durable business capability.”
Additionally, TekStream and ImagineX are establishing a strategic partnership to support TekStream’s current customers who have software engineering, data, or AI needs as a trusted partner. TekStream will also deliver advisory, CTEM, and managed protection services to ImagineX customers with cybersecurity or digital resilience needs.

B2B subscription commerce platform AppDirect has acquired PartnerStack, a partner relationship management (PRM) platform, to inject a partner ecosystem engine into its subscription commerce platform.
The acquisition will enhance AppDirect’s ability to help companies leverage ecosystems and distribution as a primary growth engine and builds on the company’s recent acquisition of Tackle.io.

By bringing these capabilities together, AppDirect is giving companies the foundation they need to scale through partners and win in an increasingly indirect, marketplace-driven world.”

Sanas makes Tomato.ai acquisition
Sanas, a real-time Speech AI platform for enterprise and global communications, is acquiring Tomato.ai, a company specializing in zero-shot, real-time voice transformation for live communications systems.
This will be Sanas’ third acquisition in less than two years. It will expand Sanas’ capabilities in real-time speech processing, voice transformation, and low-latency inference.
Tomato.ai’s integrations across communications platforms, VoIP environments, and carrier-adjacent systems will accelerate Sanas’ deployment of real-time speech intelligence across the networks and infrastructure that power global communication.
“Voice sits at the center of how enterprises and platforms operate, yet the technology supporting real-time communication has lagged behind,” said Sharath Keshava Narayana, CEO and Co-founder of Sanas. “Bringing Tomato.ai into Sanas accelerates our ability to make speed work reliably and consistently anywhere communication happens at scale.”
Tomato.ai co-founder Ofer Ronen will lead Sanas’s global telecom strategy, following the completion of the acquisition.

Cyera extends agentic AI security platform with Ryft acquisition
Cyera has announced the acquisition of Ryft, a first-of-its-kind, secure, automated data lake built for AI agents.
“Agents act differently. They shift identity based on the task, tools, and the chain of delegation from other agents. That’s why tracing and securing agentic data use needs a different approach and infrastructure,” said Tamar Bar Ilan, co-founder and CTO of Cyera. “The Ryft team brings deep expertise at the intersection of data and AI, and will play a key role as we build a unified control plane to help enterprises adopt agentic AI safely and at speed.”
This acquisition will allow Cyera to continue building on its momentum, bringing control and security together around the data enterprises depend on to power next-gen AI.
“In the age of AI, data is a company’s most strategic advantage,” said Yossi Reitblat, co-founder and CEO of Ryft. “Enterprises shouldn’t have to choose between control and ease of use. From day one, our goal has been to give organizations the ability to fully own and govern their data while still moving quickly.”
