ControlUp, a digital employee experience (DEX) management provider, has launched ControlUp for MSPs — a new multi-tenant platform and partner program built for managed service providers to automate endpoint management from a single, scalable console, combining real-time visibility, intelligent automation, and MSP-optimized licensing.
Offering real-time experience metrics and visibility
ControlUp says the platform and partner program are designed to help MSPs navigate margin pressure, IT talent shortages, and rising security and compliance demands by consolidating multiple tools into a single platform.
“This new offering is about helping MSPs turn market pressure into opportunity,” said Julia Scully, head of global channel sales at ControlUp.
“ControlUp for MSPs gives our partners a practical way to deliver modern autonomous IT management services that improve customer experience, simplify operations, and unlock new recurring revenue, all seamlessly integrated with the tools that they already rely on,” she continued.
Key capabilities within the program include:
- Real-time visibility across endpoints, applications, networks, and virtual desktops, which helps identify bottlenecks and reduce MTTR with instant diagnostics.
- Built-in remote management and control to diagnose and resolve problems on both managed and unmanaged devices.
- Patching, vulnerability assessment, and drift prevention to keep client environments secure and compliant.
- DEX scoring to enable experience level agreements, so MSPs can report on the health of the digital experience rather than just infrastructure uptime.
- Device lifecycle management that uses real-time and historical data to inform hardware refresh decisions and help customers avoid unnecessary upgrades.
In an official press release, the company also emphasized that the program is designed to complement common MSP tools.
It integrates with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Freshworks, as well as endpoint management and workspace solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365, among others.
Program benefits and availability
The launch is backed by a dedicated MSP partner program that aligns with how providers sell, deliver, and grow recurring services. It includes MSP-specific licensing and pricing, along with tiered and multi-year options.
ControlUp says partners will also receive free access to ControlUp Academy training, technical enablement, and sales tools tailored to MSP use cases.
In addition, ControlUp offers marketing and demand generation support, including co-branded content, campaign assets, launch press release templates, and access to ControlUp experts for joint webinars and events.
On availability, ControlUp for MSPs will roll out globally through a series of MSP-focused events, including regional partner summits and webinars across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
