OpenAI hires Philip Larson as Senior Director of OPN

OpenAI recently hired Philip Larson as Senior Director of the OpenAI Partner Network (OPN). Larson will lead the OPN as the organization continues to grow its global partner ecosystem.

Larson brings over two decades of experience in building and leading partner ecosystems. He most recently served as Google Cloud’s Partner Network managing director and also held partner ecosystem roles at Snowflake and VMware.

“Across VMware, Google Cloud, and Snowflake, I’ve seen that the best partner programs are not defined by their complexity,” Larson wrote on LinkedIn. “They are defined by the customer outcomes they accelerate — helping partners co-sell, co-deploy, and build differentiated, durable customer solutions around transformational technology.”

Cyera names Christina Pulley as new VP of North America channels

Cyera has appointed Christina Pulley as VP of North America channels. She will lead the company’s North American channel strategy and work closely with strategic partners, distributors, and solution providers.

She will be tasked with expanding partner relationships, enabling the channel ecosystem, and driving growth as organizations continue investing in AI-powered data security and cyber resilience.

Pulley’s experience includes leadership roles at Netskope, where she served as VP of North America channel sales and Senior Director of Americas channels. She has also held roles at Check Point Software and Avnet Technology Solutions.

Andrea Fravega named global BU media general manager of Fincons Group

Fincons Group, an IT business consultancy and systems integrator company, has appointed Andrea Fravega as global BU media general manager.

Fravega will drive the business unit’s performance and growth trajectory across the US, India, and countries in Europe.

He will also work on designing the international operating model, developing new commercial opportunities, and focusing on innovation and operational excellence across markets.

“Andrea’s appointment represents a significant milestone in our strategic development,” said Michele Moretti, CEO of Fincons Group. “His in-depth industry knowledge, international perspective, and proven track record in driving business transformation make him ideal to take our Media Business Unit to the next level, strengthening our position as a trusted partner for media organizations navigating digital transformation.”

According to Fincons Group, Fravega previously held executive positions at a multinational strategic consulting and IT services firm.

Camelot Secure appoints Victor Brown as CTO

Camelot Secure has appointed Victor Brown as its new CTO.

Brown brings over 30 years of experience in IT, enterprise architecture, AI, quantum computing, and federal market leadership.

He previously served as VP and CTO of the public and federal market at IBM US. He also held several of IBM’s highest technical distinctions, including Distinguished Engineer and IBM Quantum Ambassador.

Brown will lead Camelot Secure’s Secure360 Platform and direct collaboration between engineering, product management, and development teams to boost customer network defenses against sophisticated cyber threats.

C3 announces security leadership appointments

C3 is a cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider purpose-built for the US defense industrial base (DIB). The organization has assigned new roles to Ryan Heidorn and Cyrus Robinson to support continued growth across cybersecurity, managed security services, AI, and CMMC-focused service delivery.

Heidorn will continue leading C3’s technical and compliance strategy while assuming responsibility for C3’s AI initiatives, including implementation, governance, and responsible adoption.

Meanwhile, Robinson is now the senior VP of security operations. He will lead C3’s managed security services organization and oversee security operations for C3’s internal environment, commercial clients, and DIB customers.

Additionally, Jason Ingalls will transition from an operational leadership role into a board advisor position.

Hexaware names Srinivasan Panchapakesan as chief platform officer

Hexaware Technologies, an IT solutions and services provider, has appointed Srinivasan Panchapakesan as president and chief platform officer.

In the newly created role, Srinivasan will lead the development, integration, and scaling of Hexaware’s platform portfolio, which includes Amaze for cloud modernization, RapidX for AI-accelerated software engineering, Tensai for agentic IT operations, and Agentverse for enterprise AI agents.

He will oversee the roadmap, governance, and enterprise-scale adoption of Hexaware’s unified platform portfolio.

“Platforms are central to how we will serve enterprise clients over the next decade, and this role reflects that priority,” said R. Srikrishna, CEO and Executive Director, Hexaware. “Srinivasan has the technical depth and the client understanding to lead it, and I have every confidence in what he will build.”

Srinivasan brings over 35 years of industry experience, including over 27 years at Hexaware in platform engineering, delivery, and complex program execution roles. Most recently, he served as senior corporate vice president and global delivery head for digital and software.

PairSoft names Brian Rigney as CEO

PairSoft, a provider of AI-driven procurement and accounts payable automation, has tapped Brian Rigney as CEO.

Rigney brings extensive executive leadership experience with four CEO tenures across enterprise software, digital commerce, and fintech. Most recently, he served as CEO of CAI Software, an ERP platform built for mid-market manufacturers, producers, and distributors. Before that, he served as CEO of FASTR, a digital experience platform and conversion rate optimization workspace purpose-built for enterprise commerce teams.

DDN appoints Michelle Rosen as chief legal officer

DDN is a leader in AI and data intelligence solutions powering AI factories, sovereign AI initiatives, and hyperscale GPU deployments worldwide. The company named Michelle Rosen as Chief Legal Officer (CLO). 

Rosen will oversee DDN’s global legal organization, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, privacy, and strategic legal operations. She will help support DDN’s continued expansion as it scales globally.

“The last six months have been a defining inflection point for DDN. Demand for AI infrastructure continues to accelerate across every market we serve, and we are growing the business at an extraordinary pace,” said Guido Torrini, chief financial and operating officer at DDN.

Rosen brings over two decades of executive legal leadership. Most recently, she served as general counsel at Metropolis Technologies and as CLO at Collibra.

Mend.io appoints new CPO, GM of AI, and CRO

Mend.io, an AI application security organization, is appointing three senior leaders to its executive team: 

• Asaf Saar as executive vice president and chief product officer
• Gil Regev as executive vice president and general manager of AI
• David Earhart as CRO. 

These moves are part of a strategy to accelerate innovation across its AI security layer.

Saar will lead Mend.io’s product strategy and focus on redefining how organizations secure both traditional software and AI-generated systems. Saar will guide the evolution of Mend.io’s platform architecture to meet the demands of an AI-accelerated development world.

Regev will focus on advancing Mend AI, the foundation for discovering, assessing, and securing AI components across the software development lifecycle. He will lead the strategy and execution of capabilities across AI supply chain visibility, behavioral testing, and runtime protection.

Earhart will lead Mend.io’s global go-to-market (GTM) strategy and revenue growth initiatives across its application security and AI security offerings. He brings over 25 years of experience across security and systems management.

Corrie Briscoe named Databricks’ new VP of partnerships and alliances at APJ

Data and AI company Databricks has appointed Corrie Briscoe as Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), as the company seeks to expand its partner ecosystem and help enterprises scale AI applications, analytics, and agents across the region.

Briscoe will be based in Singapore, leading and growing Databricks’ partner business across APJ, working with cloud providers, global and regional systems integrators, independent software vendors, and technology partners.

“Enterprise AI is no longer just about choosing the best model. It’s about giving that model the right enterprise context through a unified, governed platform, and that value is created together by Databricks and our partners,” said Kori O’Brien, SVP, Global Partnerships at Databricks. “She brings an exceptional track record of helping partners build successful technology businesses and create greater customer impact.”

Briscoe joins Databricks from AWS, where she led the APJ Partner Core organization, overseeing partner programs, strategic investments, and GTM initiatives.

Corsha adds new executives to bolster leadership team

Corsha is expanding its executive leadership team with three new additions to fuel its next phase of innovation and growth:

• Melissa Keohane, chief operating officer (COO): Keohane will lead Corsha’s internal operations, overseeing finance, human resources, legal, compliance, and operational strategy functions.
• Kevin Bocek, chief product officer (CPO): Bocek will lead product strategy to build out the Corsha Platform and the industrial identity security category.
• Eric Kumar, chief customer officer (CCO): Kumar will focus on strengthening Corsha’s customer success.

Keohane and Bocek both recently served in leadership roles at CyberArk, where Keohane served as SVP of business operations and Bocek as SVP of innovation.

Meanwhile, Kumar has been with Corsha for three years, where he served as both vice president of operations and head of customer success.

Armadin names Stacy O’Mara as chief policy officer and Brian Gumbel as CRO

Armadin, an AI-native offensive cybersecurity company, has appointed Stacy O’Mara as chief policy officer and director of global government affairs and Brian Gumbel as CRO.

O’Mara will lead Armadin’s global public policy and government affairs strategy and partner with Kevin Mandia, Armadin’s executive team, and the board of directors to shape long-term business strategy.

O’Mara brings over two decades of experience across government, defense, and industry to the role. Most recently, she led cybersecurity policy and risk practice at Venable LLP.

“Stacy has spent two decades earning trust across government and industry,” said Mandia, CEO of Armadin. “Her experience will be instrumental in helping Armadin bring proof, not assumptions, to the governments and critical infrastructure operators who need it most.”

She also represented the industry on the Department of Homeland Security’s Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative and the NSA Cybersecurity Collaboration Center.

Gumbel brings over 25 years of GTM and cybersecurity leadership. He most recently served as President and COO at Dataminr. Before that, he served as President and CRO at Armis.

Gumbel will lead global sales, partnership, and GTM strategy.

“Brian built the go-to-market organization at Armis from an early-stage startup into a category leader, and he has the pattern recognition to do it again,” Mandia said. “He knows how to scale revenue with both discipline and velocity — and that combination is exactly what this moment requires. Brinqa updates leadership team across AI, tech, finance, and product

Brinqa, a provider of exposure management for enterprise security teams, has made four new executive appointments across AI, engineering, finance, and product innovation:

• Ron Davich as Chief AI and automation officer: He previously served as SVP of engineering at Brinqa and will now lead the company’s AI and automation strategy.
• David Allen as CTO: Allen will lead Brinqa’s engineering, cloud operations, and information security operations teams.
• Steve Biagioni as CFO: Biagioni joins the organization after serving as CFO at Valimail, bringing extensive experience at cybersecurity companies.
• James Walta as VP of product: After nine years with the company, Walta steps into this new role to continue leading product innovation initiatives.

Precisely appoints new CRO and chief business officer

Data integrity leader Precisely has appointed Vinesh Vis as CRO and Jane Gilson as chief business officer (CBO).

Vis will drive sales execution and customer growth. Meanwhile, Gilson will lead the commercial frameworks across channel, professional services, and revenue operations that scale growth across Precisely’s GTM motions.

Meanwhile, Gilson brings over two decades of experience leading growth and transformation initiatives. He served as CEO of CloudSphere and had executive roles at Microsoft and Google.

DigiFlight names Jermaine Stanley as Director of cybersecurity compliance

DigiFlight Inc. has appointed cybersecurity governance and compliance veteran Jermaine Stanley as director of cybersecurity compliance.

He will oversee enterprise cyber risk and compliance initiatives for defense contractors and federal suppliers.

Stanley brings over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, governance, and enterprise risk management across the financial services, government, technology, insurance, and nonprofit sectors.  

“Jermaine’s extensive experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management comes at a critical time for organizations navigating increasingly complex cybersecurity and regulatory requirements,” said Stan Oliver, CEO of DigiFlight.

Silent Push taps Kirk Appelman as senior VP of global sales

Cyber defense company Silent Push has appointed Kirk Appelman as SVP of global sales.

Appelman brings over 20 years of technology sales and leadership experience to the role. He specializes in information security sales, building and expanding revenue organizations at security companies.

“Kirk’s proven track record of scaling sales organizations makes him uniquely qualified to lead us as we expand our global footprint,” said Ken Bagnall, co-founder and CEO of Silent Push. “His cybersecurity expertise and track record of creating high-performing teams will be instrumental in driving our momentum. Most recently, Appelman held leadership roles at Synack and was executive VP of sales at Finite State. He also held senior sales leadership roles at EfficientIP, Illusive Networks, GoSecure, Proofpoint, McAfee, Juniper Networks, and Internet Security Systems (ISS).

CloudFirst appoints Scott Lee as CRO

CloudFirst, a provider of managed cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services, has appointed Scott Lee as CRO.

Lee will lead the company’s global sales organization, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial and technology leadership across managed cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure services, AI, and enterprise technology.

He will work to enhance CloudFirst’s GTM strategy, deepen customer engagement, and drive greater alignment across sales, partnerships, and revenue generation to support continued growth.

“Scott has spent much of his career building revenue organizations and developing routes to market across cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology,” said Wayne Kiphart, CEO of CloudFirst. “He understands both the commercial opportunity in these markets and the importance of earning the trust of customers and partners.”

Lee says his priority is to spend time with customers, partners, and colleagues. After that, he will focus on building a commercial strategy that drives growth without compromising customer relationships and technical depth.

Blue Bridge Group AI appoints Lucas Faby as head of AI at its R&D Center

Blue Bridge Group AI, an AI-native systems integrator, has named Lucas Faby as head of AI within the organization’s Paris-based research and development center.

“We are driven by the belief that AI is not limited to generative technologies,” said Sylvie Ouziel, Founder and CEO of Blue Bridge Group AI. “The expertise Lucas brings spans optimization and forecasting to the most advanced AI architectures. Faby joins the company from Hermès, where he led AI initiatives over the past five years. He brings deep expertise in AI architectures and large-scale deployment, with experience spanning predictive AI, optimization, and generative AI.

Nozomi Networks appoints Andrea Carcano as CEO

Nozomi Networks, an OT, IoT, and cyber-physical systems security enterprise, has announced Andrea Carcano as CEO. He resumes the role he first held when he and co-founder Moreno Carullo launched the company. 

The company notes that this appointment marks the start of a new phase of Nozomi, accelerating AI-driven innovation and technical leadership. Outgoing CEO Edgard Capdevielle will remain as an executive advisor to the company.

EigenQ names Mark Pecen as vice chairman and promotes Alexander Truskovsky to CISO

Quantum technology company EigenQ has appointed Mark Pecen as vice chairman and promoted Alexander Truskovsky to CISO. 

Pecen served as an EigenQ Board member and strategic advisor, but will now expand into the role of Vice Chairman. He brings experience in GSM, GPRS, and EDGE at the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).

Truskovsky takes on the role of CISO after his tenure as VP of cryptography. He will lead EigenQ’s information security strategy, cybersecurity governance, security architectures, and risk management.

Kantata expands its executive leadership team

Kantata, a professional services automation (PSA) solutions provider, has named three strategic additions to its executive leadership team.

The organization added Lisa Bianco as CMO, Jeff Balistrere as the VP of enterprise sales, North America, and Keith Bendy as the Global VP of the alliances and channels ecosystem.

As CMO, Bianco will lead Kantata’s global marketing organization. She will drive the planning, development, and global execution of the company’s marketing strategy to amplify its brand, accelerate demand generation, and expand market awareness.

Balistrere will work to expand the enterprise GTM motion for Kantata after holding global sales positions with Actifio (acquired by Google) and IBM.

Bendy will lead Kantata’s global alliances and channel strategy and build a partner ecosystem designed to extend customer value through strategic technology, consulting, and systems integration partnerships.
