Zensai and Pax8 recently announced an agreement that will bring Pax’s global ecosystem of MSPs a new way to support their clients’ Microsoft Copilot adoption journeys. We spoke with Zensai CEO Rasmus Holst about the news and how his company aims to reduce adoption friction.

Zensai’s Copilot training tools now available through popular Pax8 cloud marketplace

The Zensai Adoption Hub, powered by Learn365, delivers a plug-and-play, out-of-the-box training experience built natively into Microsoft 365. The offering embeds learning directly in Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and even Copilot, eliminating friction, driving higher adoption, and helping MSPs deliver more value to their customers.

The adoption hub will contain a variety of training and course materials, ranging from the basics of using Copilot within the Microsoft suite to more practical guides on specific use cases by role and function. Zensai is an established company with hundreds of customers worldwide and a $40 billion ARR. Its learning platform also focuses heavily on cybersecurity training.

Now, executives from both companies say the partnership will bring MSPs worldwide a new way to support the Microsoft ecosystem and tap into the vast revenue potential AI is bringing to the channel.

“There is always strong demand from our global MSP network for built-in tools and platforms that streamline work, especially those that tie in seamlessly with Microsoft,” said Oguo Atuanya, corporate vice president of vendor experience at Pax8. “As Pax8 remains focused on offering as much value as possible across our ecosystem, we are excited to partner with Zensai, who now brings their award-winning learning management platform to our partners and customers.”

“With Pax8, the opportunity for us is enormous, I think,” Holst told Channel Insider. “We have around 200 people internally, and while we’ve built a very successful business, there’s a limit to how far we can go. Pax8 and its MSPs reach a market segment that we would never be able to reach ourselves.”

The Zensai Adoption Hub starts at $5 per user per month, an exclusive offer for the Pax8 community. Holst notes that MSPs will be able to layer Zensai’s adoption hub offering into existing and new packages in AI, Azure, M365, and even cybersecurity needs as they sell to SMB clients.

Why MSPs need to address ongoing gaps in AI provisioning and daily use

Zensai stresses the importance of its solution to partners servicing Microsoft-heavy SMBs, many of whom are purchasing licenses and then falling short of utilizing those products to their full potential.

Zensai highlights the following as key reasons MSPs will see value in the offering:

  • The hub deploys in hours, not weeks, thanks to native Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Delivers training in the flow of work with no new login or context switching.
  • Provides real-time analytics, reminders, and audit-ready dashboards for visibility.
  • Scales seamlessly across multiple tenants with multi-customer content deployment.
  • Supports both Microsoft content and custom content for tailored training.

“MSPs today are looking for solutions that drive real results for their customers. Zensai delivers a Microsoft-native learning platform that makes Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption simple, practical, and impactful,” said David Willis, chairman of the board at Zensai. “Having spent nearly 30 years at Microsoft, with several years leading Microsoft’s US channel business, I know firsthand what enables partners to succeed. The combination of Zensai and Pax8 is a powerful example of how the right tools can help Microsoft partners unlock greater business value and accelerate adoption for their customers.”

“I think this is a fairly easy way for MSPs to make additional revenue on top of what they are already doing for clients,” Rasmus said. “We want to make it like fries and a burger, so easy to add on to your offering, you don’t even have to think about it.”

Research released by GTIA earlier this year shows SMBs are demanding AI solutions at high rates, though many in the channel have found that while adoption remains high, finding value and a return on investment continues to lag behind.

To Rasmus, that gap is a problem most CEOs face, and he wants to provide the solution MSPs can then bring to their customers.

“It’s heard even for us to get our team members to use AI as much as we would like, and I would be hard pressed to think I’m the only CEO with that problem,” Rasmus said. “We know Microsoft has tons of information on the best ways to apply tools like Copilot, and we’re trying ot distill that information into pieces employees can use to really understand so that businesses can see the long-term advantages of AI implementation.”
