Even if you aren’t planning to sell or expand your business anytime soon, now may be the best time to start preparing for when that day comes.

M&A experts Duane Jackson, co-founder and managing partner of Author Capital Partners, and Russell Logan, managing director and founder of Freeman Logan M&A Brokers Advisors, explained how businesses like theirs can help IT channel business owners plan for a future they may not be considering, but should definitely be prepared for.

As Russell puts it, one way or another, your ownership of your business will eventually come to an end. And as Duane explains, acquiring other businesses to complement your own will require skills and resources you may not have. The two advisors spoke with Channel Insider’s Katie Bavoso at Channel Partners Conference & Expo 2024.
