Synco and IRONSCALES have announced a new partnership to simplify and strengthen how MSPs purchase, provision, and bill robust email security solutions.

MSPs can now purchase IRONSCALES through Syncro Marketplace

IRONSCALES, an AI-driven email security provider, protects organizations from advanced threats, such as phishing, business email compromise (BEC), account takeover (ATO), and deepfake attacks, through a combination of adaptive AI and human insights.

The partnership with Syncro, an MSP platform provider, will enable MSPs to purchase and provision the IRONSCALES AI-driven email security platform through the Syncro Marketplace.

The integration eliminates the need for multiple vendor portals and invoices, helping MSPs reduce administrative overhead, save time, and deliver advanced email threat protection quickly.

Integration partners tout simplified billing and RMM workflows as key benefits

MSPs will be enabled to deliver protection against phishing, BEC, and ATOs while simplifying deployment and ongoing management. The licensing and charges will be managed through Syncro’s Universal Billing.

“MSPs want enterprise-grade security without enterprise-grade complexity,” said Andy Cormier, channel chief, Syncro. “Our partnership with IRONSCALES delivers powerful, AI-driven email security that integrates seamlessly with MSP workflows, paired with a zero-touch billing experience. Licenses are automatically mapped, automatically invoiced and fully managed through Syncro. There are no spreadsheets, no portal hopping, and no month-end reconciliation.”

IRONSCALES’ cloud-native architecture deploys in minutes, integrates with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and continuously detects and remediates threats that legacy security tools miss.

“The integration with Syncro expands how MSPs deliver essential email security through the RMM and billing workflows they already use,” said Eyal Benishti, CEO of IRONSCALES. “It helps MSPs deploy protection faster while reducing operational overhead.”

The IRONSCALES product portfolio is currently available to all Syncro marketplace users.

Legacy email security is failing: research shows communications trust declining

This news of a partnership with Syncro comes on the heels of IRONSCALES releasing findings from a new report they recently commissioned with Osterman Research.

The report, Restoring Trust in Business Communications, found that 88 percent of organizations surveyed experienced at least one security incident in the past 12 months – undermining trust in digital communications.

The report surveyed 128 cybersecurity decision-makers and found that 82 percent reported heightened threat actor interest in exploiting trusted communications, yet 60 percent lack confidence in their ability to counter deepfake attacks effectively.

Finance teams show the highest threat and the lowest confidence

Finance teams are the biggest targets of threat actors exploiting these vulnerabilities. In fact, 59 percent of the decision-makers surveyed rate finance teams as “high” or “extreme” priority targets.

“Finance teams control the money, so they’re priority number one for attackers,” said Audian Paxson, principal technical strategist at IRONSCALES.

“But cybersecurity leaders report the lowest confidence in these teams’ ability to spot sophisticated BEC and impersonation scams. That gap is getting exploited daily,” Paxson continued.

Over 33 percent of organizations surveyed reported that threat actors successfully masqueraded as trusted vendors to steal funds and information in the past year.

Syncro recently made another agreement with CyberDrain to jointly launch an MSP Microsoft 365 security assessment. Read more about this partnership and how it will deliver instant insights and executive-ready reports.
