Lyra Technology Enhances MSP Security with BSN Integration

Lyra Technology partners with Breach Secure Now to revolutionize MSP security, introducing advanced tools like phishing simulations and dark web monitoring.

Lyra Technology is integrating Breach Secure Now’s cybersecurity software into its platform, which will provide new security options for MSPs with new tools designed to enhance breach prevention and boost productivity.

The partnership combines its platform with BSN’s automated breach prevention software. These tools will complement Lyra’s existing offerings, which include local provisions, technical support, onboarding, training, and marketing assistance for MSP clients.

“Since our inception, we have focused on providing MSPs with top-tier solutions for business continuity, productivity and security,” said Vince Kent, Lyra Technology Group’s CTO, in a press release. “Our partnership with BSN empowers MSP partners and their clients to leverage technology safely. It allows us to deliver a comprehensive human firewall solution specifically designed for MSPs, protecting against cyber threats and enhancing operational efficiency.”

Expanding reach with cybersecurity education

Art Gross, CEO of Breach Secure Now, says that this partnership expands their reach, keeping clients requirements at the forefront.

“[This] allows us to deliver our industry-leading cybersecurity education and productivity training to a broader audience, providing MSPs with comprehensive solutions to meet their clients’ needs,” said Gross.

The new features will include:

  1. Phishing simulations and weekly training: Continuous phishing simulations and engaging training sessions to prioritize cybersecurity awareness.
  2. Dark web monitoring: Ongoing monitoring to swiftly identify compromised credentials.
  3. Policy and procedure templates: Easily deployable templates for rapid security policy implementation.
  4. Security risk assessment tools: Comprehensive tools for evaluating and mitigating security risks.
  5. Employee secure score (ESS): Intuitive dashboard providing real-time insights into employee security behaviors.
  6. AI training and resources: Fundamentals training, cybersecurity training, AI nanos, and fundamentals guidebook.
    • Fundamentals training: Courses covering generative AI, chatbots, and ethical considerations.
    • Cybersecurity training: Insights into AI’s role in cybersecurity, highlighting threats and best practices for spotting AI-driven scams.
    • AI nanos: Brief, sub-60-second videos offering quick AI mastery tips.
    • Fundamentals guidebook: Downloadable resource explaining AI concepts, the CHAT method for prompt creation, and best practices.
  7. AI acceptable use policy template: Guidelines ensuring ethical AI usage aligned with legal standards and company values.
