On the heels of its recent announcement of a new online portal to drive IT service management, Nimsoft is expected to soon announce a similar offering for the MSP side of its customer base.

The Redwood City, Calif., company unveiled its NimBUS Enterprise Console 2.0 last month as a next-generation dashboard technology and portal. Nimsoft built the product using Rich Internet Application technology, enabling dynamic views and the ability to use drag and drop to create customized views.

Less than two months ago Nimsoft introduced a more scalable version of its flagship product. About 25 percent of the company’s customers are managed service providers.
