Nimboxx Inks Distribution Deal With Ingram Micro
Nimboxx, a provider of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions, signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro. Through the agreement, Nimboxx becomes the first HCI solution provider in Ingram Micro’s Advanced Solutions Emerging Vendor Initiative (EVI) Program, which was introduced in 2012. The program is designed to help new and emerging vendors drive success with Ingram Micro and its channel partners, said the company.
The Nimboxx Web-scale hyperconverged devices offers server, storage and networking in a single appliance, delivering ‘Private Cloud in a Box’ functionality to companies of all sizes. Ingram Micro’s Advanced Solutions team will market, sell and support Nimboxx’s entire portfolio of HCI and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions. The global distributor also will provide Nimboxx with market development expertise and access to Ingram Micro vendor licensing to help support and manage price quoting, pipeline management, order fulfillment and customer support.
Arrow, Plexxi Forge Distribution Agreement
Plexxi, a provider of next-generation networking products, signed a distribution agreement with Arrow Electronics. Under this agreement, Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business will distribute Plexxi’s networking products and solutions for scale-out applications, agile data centers and distributed cloud environments. The Plexxi products available to Arrow’s resellers include Plexxi Switch and Plexxi Control.
Security Mentor Adds Three New Global Distributors
Security Mentor, a security awareness training provider, has added three global distributors—Cloud Distribution, Interwork Technologies and YouSecure—to its channel partner network. The new value-added distributor partnerships will enable the company to expand its global presence into new territories, and help recruit, train and on-board partners in core targeted growth regions. Security Mentor launched its new global partner program in April that provides distributors, resellers and integrators with sales tools, marketing and educational support services.
Bpm’online Expands North American Partner Channel
Bpm’online, a vendor of cloud-based CRM software for marketing, sales and service automation, has signed three new partners in North America: Woodbury Consulting Partners of Shelton, Conn.; Value Stream Consulting of Saint Joseph, Mo.; and Majente of Toronto. The company’s new channel partner program features recurring lifetime commissions, a flexible engagement model and no boundaries to entry, said the company.
NTT America, WTG Forge Agreement
NTT America and WTG, a global distributor of connectivity services, have entered into an agreement that enables WTG agents and VAR partners to sell NTT America’s entire suite of domestic and international ICT services, which includes cloud, IP and data center services. Agents and VARs that sign up through WTG can sell all of NTT America’s global products and services, including cloud computing, disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), hosting, co-location, Ethernet, private line, Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and security. NTT America will provide WTG agents and VARs with dedicated pre- and post-sales and engineering support, and residual-based compensation.
Voxox Joins Convey Engage Program
Voxox, a provider of cloud-based communications service, has joined Convey Engage, a program by technology company, Convey Services.
Convey Engage is designed to improve communications between vendors and their master agents by combining its online agent engagement portal with structured agent marketing services to drive Web traffic, engage sales agents, and enhance content distribution and training. Voxox is a member of two programs through Convey Services: Alliance Engage and Vendor Match.
