Kyndryl, a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, recently announced the launch of new AI private cloud services and consulting expertise to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for enterprise-grade AI solutions, from design and development to full operation.

The announcements don’t stop there, with Kyndryl also announcing the launch of a Data Transformation Suite for SAP Solutions to boost customer migration to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Services aim to enable customers looking for ROI with AI projects

Kyndryl’s new AI Private Cloud services were designed to enable customers to design, plan, and launch a successful AI project. The services include identifying high-ROI industry use cases to support the design and development of AI prototypes, confirming production readiness, and transitioning customers to a production environment.

Kyndryl’s AI Private Cloud environment offers services and capabilities related to containerization, data science tools, and microservices for deploying and managing AI applications on the Private Cloud. Those who adopt the environment will benefit from Kyndryl’s experience in managing, running, and transforming mission-critical applications and systems. Through its global alliance partner ecosystem, which includes NVIDIA’s AI Enterprise software platform, Kyndryl aims to assist customers in successfully developing, implementing, and utilizing enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Kyndryl is also offering cloud deployment options tailored to specific models and use cases, aiming to accelerate customer adoption and implementation of AI Private Cloud services. Kyndryl Consult will advise customers on the deployment option that best aligns with their AI strategies and business goals.

Partnerships and technology combine to support tangible use cases

Additionally, these new services will build on Kyndrl’s collaboration with NVIDIA and other ecosystem partners to establish AI private cloud capabilities globally.

“Customers want a reliable, secure, and simpler approach to creating and implementing AI and generative AI workloads on the cloud, while meeting their performance requirements– from LLM training on public cloud to inference on a private AI,” said Nicolas Sekkaki, global cloud practice leader at Kyndryl. “Our AI Private Cloud capabilities expand our portfolio of services that can support applications and solutions running across private and public environments and will deliver enhanced efficiency, reduced costs and time to market, improved productivity, and better user experience that customers expect.”

There are several customer use cases and generative AI opportunities for Kyndryl AI Private Cloud across various industries, including:

  • Financial services to boost data security, risk management, and customer experience, to enable institutions to gain insights, detect fraud, and automate processes within a security and compliance-rich environment.
  • Healthcare to facilitate secure handling of sensitive patient data while leveraging AI capabilities to improve diagnostics, personalized treatment, and operational efficiency.
  • Technology, media, and telecommunications to enable virtual assistants, network performance optimization, and the generation of synthetic network data.
  • Manufacturing to enable predictive maintenance, digital twins, and quality control.

Kyndryl develops Data Transformation Suite for SAP solutions

Kyndryl has also announced the launch of a Data Transformation Suite for SAP Solutions to help customers accelerate and streamline their migration to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Kyndryl’s suite of data transformation solutions can provide comprehensive support for the entire SAP S/4HANA modernization lifecycle, eliminating the need for third-party tools, accelerating project timelines, and reducing the risk of data loss or corruption. Their new suite for SAP Solutions will deliver additional value to customers through potential cost savings from automating the complete migration lifecycle, which includes data profiling, migration blueprinting and analysis, transformation, validation, and simplifying complexity, while also addressing risks of operational disruption and the requirement for manual set-up.

“The Kyndryl Data Transformation Suite for SAP Solutions was essential to the success of our own IT transformation in less than 18 months, and I’m excited for customers to reap its benefits,” said Michael Bradshaw, Kyndryl’s Global Applications, Data, and AI practice leader. “I am confident that by combining this solution with our Kyndryl Consult expertise and data and application services, we can not only accelerate customers’ migrations, but also establish a new standard for SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation projects.”

Kyndryl and SAP first established their partnership in November 2021. Since then, Kyndryl has enhanced that partnership by becoming a RISE with SAP delivery partner and expanding the SAP Business Transformation Center to accelerate customers’ IT and business transformation projects while simplifying their cloud transformations.

With the Data Transformation Suite for SAP Solutions, Kyndryl is enhancing its ability to streamline SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration, including those in complex transformation scenarios such as mergers, divestments, multiple heterogeneous data sources, and multi-level data transformations.

Kyndryl is no stranger to building partnerships with major IT service providers to assist more customers. Read more about the organization’s expanded partnership with Google Cloud to address mainframe demand.
