GTT Communications has deepened its collaboration with Palo Alto Networks by incorporating Prisma SASE into its managed Secure Connect solution.
The announcement extends a decade-long partnership between the two companies and introduces a single-vendor Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) model aimed at supporting distributed enterprise environments.
The networking and security as a service provider noted that the updated offering brings together networking and security functions through a unified, cloud-native platform, especially in sectors like healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, where access security and compliance are key concerns.
Enhancing Secure Connect with integrated capabilities
The addition of Prisma SASE equips GTT’s Secure Connect with a complete stack of security services, including SD-WAN, Firewall-as-a-Service, Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker, and Zero Trust Network Access.
According to GTT, the platform also integrates EnvisionDX, its digital experience monitoring tool, which provides real-time performance insights across enterprise networks.
Tom Major, GTT’s SVP of product management, said the solution supports clients navigating evolving security needs across distributed systems.
“Our global reach and deep in-house expertise allow us to provide high-performing solutions with a unified architecture that meet and exceed security and compliance requirements,” Major said.
Meeting Growing Demand for Unified SASE
This latest partnership reflects a broader trend toward single-vendor SASE models that reduce complexity and improve visibility across cloud and on-premise environments. Latest data from Dell’Oro Group suggests the SASE market will be worth about $17 billion by 2029.
In a recent conversation with Channel Insider, GTT SVP of Channel and Partner Program, Americas, Sara Seegers, pointed out that the company is focused on simplifying complex enterprise technology needs driven by growing cloud adoption and data management.
Palo Alto Networks noted the importance of extending this partnership and why it’s combining AI-powered security with managed services.
“Combining our AI-powered Prisma SASE with GTT’s managed services, we’re enabling Zero Trust branch architectures and helping customers achieve greater resilience and performance,” said Anupam Upadhyaya, SVP of product management at Palo Alto Networks.
The company said the expanded partnership will help enterprises move toward a more secure and optimized connectivity through a unified SASE solution.
