Foxit, a provider of PDF and eSignature products and services, has recently announced the launch of Foxit Connectors, a library of over 40 pre-built integrations that enable business users, including those in HR, sales, procurement, and legal departments, to automate document workflows directly within their existing tools.

Foxit brings automation to popular productivity tools, including SharePoint and Google Drive

These connectors allow organizations to auto-fill, send, sign, track, and archive agreements without switching applications or involving IT, as Foxit eSign and PDF Editor+ are seamlessly connected with platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint, Box, and iCIMS. These connectors will enable the elimination of repetitive manual tasks and fragmented workflows, allowing for faster hiring, quicker deal closures, streamlined vendor management, and simplified compliance, all within familiar environments.

“At Foxit, we’re focused on building real solutions that make work easier, faster, and more secure, without the bloat,” said Nake Sekander, VP of Product, Foxit Software. “Foxit Connectors reflect that mindset. They’re built with a deep understanding of what our partners and their customers actually need on a day-to-day basis. When our partners win, our customers win. That’s the kind of impact we care about.”

Foxit Connectors are designed to address challenges that organizations face, such as disconnected systems and manual work that slows down processes, by automating every step of the agreement process. They pull accurate data directly from source platforms, auto-filling documents using reusable templates, sending files for a signature with one click, and instantly syncing completed agreements back to the originating system with full audit trails and compliance metadata intact.

Pre-built integrations and seamless workflows come to Foxit partners

This results in a streamlined, secure, and error-resistant workflow that frees up time, reduces friction, and supports faster, more thoughtful business execution.

Among the key features and benefits of the new Foxit Connectors are:

  • Over 40 pre-built integrations: Connect Foxit eSign and PDF Editor+ to platforms like Workday, Salesforce, Google Drive, Box, SharePoint, iCIMS, and others.
  • No code required: Users can activate and customize integrations without involving IT, to enable fast and frictionless setup.
  • Smart Auto-Fill: Real-time data from HR, CRM, and business platforms can be pulled to populate documents with zero manual entry.
  • Seamless eSignature workflows: Send documents for signature and track status without leaving your preferred platform.
  • Secure, compliant document storage: Sync signed agreements back to original systems with audit trails, signature certificates, and encryption.
  • End-to-end automation: Removes manual downloads, uploads, and versioning chaos across departments.
  • Audit-ready compliance: Enables users to meet regulatory standards, such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and eIDAS, with traceable document workflows.
  • Faster deals, smarter hiring, and simplified procurement: Boost business functions while reducing errors and boosting productivity.
