Voxox Overhauls Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking Offerings for Channel

Voxox, a provider of cloud-based communication services, overhauled its hosted private branch exchange (PBX) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking solutions under the Voxox Office brand, leveraging Voxox technology and third-party tools to deliver new features and capabilities to its channel community.

New features include a user interface for channel partners to send proposals and manage orders directly, call center functionality (including agent log-ins, call queuing, chat, and advanced management and monitoring tools), the ability for channel partners to help customers who want to integrate their service with CRM systems such as Salesforce and features now available through API. The company also announced its largest channel partner promotion, available through the end of 2015, which allows channel partners to double their standard commission rate with Voxox to 40 to 50 percent commissions for the first year of a 12-month (or longer) contract on any hosted PBX or SIP trunking deal.

Functionality includes the ability to manage closure rates, lead follow-up, marketing performance and sales results. It also provides a business planning functionality that allows businesses to develop, manage and measure business plans for each partner and benchmark performance system-wide. The solution will integrate with Salesforce.com, followed by other CRM solution integrations by year end.
