Digital workplace platform TeamViewer has launched its dedicated Global MSP Partner Program, designed to accelerate scalable growth and help partners gain a competitive advantage in their markets.

Prioritizing MSPs at the heart of the program

According to TeamViewer, the program’s framework was developed in collaboration with MSPs to reduce barriers to entry, deliver MSP-focused tools, and support both emerging and mature partners alike.

It introduces a new tiered structure that reflects how service-led organizations operate. An MSP Advisory Council has also been established to ensure that partner growth and development remain the program’s top priority.

“MSPs play a critical role in shaping the digital future of businesses everywhere,” said Greg Gyves, global MSP director at TeamViewer.

“This program is a direct investment in their success, and in a new way of partnering that puts their service offering, scale, and ability to deliver at the forefront,” he added.

Members of the TeamViewer program also gain access to Tensor, the company’s cloud-based enterprise remote connectivity platform designed for large-scale IT management. Complementing this is a comprehensive price book, which TeamViewer says will enable predictable and scalable growth for its MSP partners.

Additionally, TeamViewer has introduced the MSP Growth Index, a maturity model that enables MSPs to evaluate their digital workplace service delivery and identify areas for improvement. The index provides partners with a personalized executive report that includes actionable insights, market comparison data, and a clear roadmap for improvement to drive long-term growth.

Partner perspectives: Unisys and CyberPlus

Among the first members of the TeamViewer program are global technology solutions company Unisys and cybersecurity provider CyberPlus.

Both companies expressed enthusiasm for the TeamViewer program, highlighting its role in helping partners accelerate growth and strengthen competitive advantage.

“We are excited to expand our network and be among the first members of TeamViewer’s MSP Partner Program, a truly forward-thinking approach that empowers managed service providers to innovate and scale with confidence,” said Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of digital workplace solutions at Unisys.

“Cybersecurity is the foundation of the trust we build with our clients, protecting their business while unlocking new efficiencies and a competitive edge. Our partnership with TeamViewer strengthens that trust, combining cyber expertise with AI, AR, DEX, and remote monitoring and management of IT, OT, and IoT systems. The result: total visibility, seamless control, and empowered teams that work faster, smarter, and more securely,” said Mark Oakton, managing director at CyberPlus.

Last year, TeamViewer expanded its enterprise capabilities with the acquisition of digital employee experience firm 1E. Read more about this move and other key mergers and acquisitions from the IT channel.
