Parloa has unveiled its new Partner Program, a structured framework designed to help service providers, business process outsourcers (BPOs), and other technology partners deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions for customer engagement. The program was announced at Parloa’s flagship partner event, WAVE Soundcheck.

Expanding the partner ecosystem

The initiative formalizes and expands Parloa’s existing partner ecosystem, which the company credits as a driver of its rapid growth. By embedding Parloa’s agentic AI technology into broader service and solution portfolios, partners can now bring scalable, industry-specific offerings to market while opening new revenue opportunities.

“Enterprises are moving quickly to embrace agentic AI, and success requires innovation and trust at scale,” said Ahmed Mahbrook, head of software partners at Microsoft. “With Parloa’s platform powered by Microsoft Azure AI, we’re enabling organizations to harness secure, enterprise-grade AI agents that transform every customer interaction into a meaningful relationship.”

Meeting enterprise demand for secure AI deployment

As large organizations adopt agentic AI, many look to partners for support with design, integration, and global scaling. The Parloa Partner Program addresses challenges such as interoperability and system safety by offering enablement, structured solutions, and incentives to make AI deployments more reliable and repeatable.

For partners, the program provides opportunities to:

  • Build and deliver AI offerings across the customer journey
  • Extend functionality using Parloa’s composable platform
  • Generate repeatable revenue through AI-driven services

Enterprise customers, in turn, gain faster implementation timelines, reduced time to value, and access to local partners with relevant expertise.

Program structure and resources include standard portal and enablement offerings

The program introduces a tiered structure with three levels for services and BPO partners, as well as a dedicated track for technology partners. Features include:

  • Partner Portal for deal registration, pipeline tracking, go-to-market assets, and joint planning
  • Parloa Partner Academy built to offer technical, sales, and project management certifications to partners
  • Partner Directory for customers to find vetted partners by expertise and geography
  • New partner website serving as a global gateway
  • Tiered benefits tied to where partners are labeled within the structure of the program

“Our Partner Program reimagines the capabilities of a sales channel to become a framework for collaboration,” said Dorothy Copeland, SVP of partner ecosystem at Parloa. “We are giving partners the tools and structure they need to scale Parloa’s agentic AI across industries and geographies, as well as the support to do it right.”

Partner momentum shows Parloa is already supporting channel needs in market

Early partner feedback highlights the program’s role in expanding market reach. Ergon Dashi, SVP of digital platforms at NTT, noted that leveraging Parloa’s AI platform has already led to success.

“We’ve been leveraging Parloa’s AI platform to meet growing demand for flexible, voice-led customer service technologies,” said Dashi. “Through our partnership, we’ve successfully closed joint deals that strengthened our market position.”

Industry partners also see Parloa as a leading player in an increasingly competitive field.

“There are a lot of companies pitching agentic capabilities, especially in the customer service and support space,” said Hans Agnischock, partner at Deloitte. “Parloa’s voice stands out, as they have the track record, impressive partner portfolio, and immediate, measurable results to prove they’re a leader in the market.”
