Komodor, an autonomous AI site reliability engineering (SRE) platform provider for cloud-native infrastructure, has launched a new global partner program aimed at systems integrators, trusted advisors, and value-added resellers supporting enterprise Kubernetes environments.

Announced on March 10, the Komodor Partner Program is designed to help partners deliver AI-driven cloud-native infrastructure reliability, incident management, and cost optimization services to enterprise customers.

Foundational partners already participating in the program include Trace3, Cloud Bazaar, and Matrix DevOps.

Program targets growing Kubernetes operations market

Komodor’s partner strategy focuses on helping resellers address the operational complexity of large-scale cloud-native environments, particularly those built on Kubernetes.

“We’ve reached a point where cloud-native infrastructure is moving at machine speed, especially as AI workloads drive faster and more frequent deployments, making it difficult to keep reliability, performance, and cloud costs under control,” Pete Dalziel, director of channel sales at Komodor, told Channel Insider.

“According to Gartner, by 2029, 85% of enterprises will use AI SRE tooling to optimize operations in order to meet organizational and customer reliability demands. This will increase from less than 5% in 2025.”

“Partners are being asked to step in and help customers manage that complexity,” Dalziel continued. “We already had strong partner demand and several partners building services around Komodor, so formalizing the program now allows us to scale that momentum and give partners a structured way to build profitable AI-driven SRE and Kubernetes operations practices.”

By embedding the Komodor platform into their service portfolios, partners can help enterprise engineering teams automate troubleshooting workflows and reduce the operational burden of managing Kubernetes.

“From a Trace3 portfolio perspective, Komodor fills a very specific gap between observability and operations,” Jay Antonellis, Vice President, Trace3 East, told Channel Insider.

“It takes all the telemetry our clients already have and turns it into action: guided investigations, self-healing workflows, and cost-optimized cluster footprints. The benefit to clients is a platform that is not only more reliable, but also more financially efficient,” Antonellis continued.

AI-driven SRE platform aims to simplify cloud-native operations

Komodor’s platform focuses on autonomous and AI-assisted SRE capabilities, including automated incident detection, root cause analysis, and operational remediation.

According to the company, partners using the platform can deliver faster infrastructure troubleshooting and improved reliability through automated playbooks and AI-assisted investigations.

The platform also supports continuous drift detection and governed remediation, helping organizations proactively prevent issues across complex Kubernetes deployments.

In addition to operational improvements, Komodor said its technology enables partners to incorporate cloud cost optimization into their service offerings, helping enterprise customers reduce cloud expenditures while maintaining application performance and uptime.

“Komodor is unique because we approach cloud-native operations from an AI-driven reliability perspective rather than just another monitoring tool. The platform continuously correlates changes, telemetry, and system behavior across the environment so teams can understand what actually caused an issue and resolve it quickly,” Dalziel said.

“For partners, that’s powerful because it allows them to deliver proactive reliability, faster troubleshooting, and cloud cost optimization through a single platform. It turns cloud-native operations from reactive firefighting into a repeatable, services-led offering they can confidently scale for customers,” he continued.

Profitability and ease of business are top priorities for Komodor’s partner program

The Komodor Partner Program includes several enablement and revenue support elements designed to attract and retain channel partners.

“Our goal is to make it easier and more profitable for partners to deliver high-value cloud-native operations services. The program gives them the tools they need to do that, structured enablement, deal protection, clear margins, and close collaboration with our sales and technical teams,” Dalziel said.

“Just as important, Komodor helps partners deliver more outcomes with the engineering talent they already have. Instead of spending hours chasing down incidents across multiple tools, they can provide faster root-cause analysis, automated remediation, and ongoing reliability improvements for their customers,” he added.

Key program components include deal registration and protection, which give partners exclusivity for sourced opportunities and reduce channel conflict. The program also offers referral and resale margins that increase as partners expand their Komodor business.

Additional benefits include:

  • sales and technical training
  • certification programs
  • access to demonstration environments
  • partner portal with enablement materials.

Komodor also plans to support partners through joint go-to-market activities, including co-branded webinars, events, digital campaigns, and customer case studies.

Early partners highlight demand for AI-powered Kubernetes operations

Initial ecosystem partners say the platform addresses ongoing operational challenges for engineering teams managing Kubernetes infrastructure.

“The value in partnering with Komodor is that it lets us bring an opinionated, AI-driven approach to Kubernetes reliability,” Antonellis said.

“Trace3 comes in with strategy, architecture, and services; Komodor adds an autonomous platform that can visualize, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-native environments at scale. That combination consistently translates into better uptime, more efficient operations, and clearer ROI for our clients.”

“When we evaluate partner programs, we’re looking for three things: alignment on target clients, support for a services-led motion, and operational maturity. That also means deep technical collaboration, predictable commercial models, and a commitment to joint success in the field. With those elements in place, it’s easy for Trace3 and Komodor to show up as one,” Antonellis continued.
