Channelscaler, a cloud-based channel enablement platform, recently announced that Brian Martin will take over as CEO.

Kenneth Fox, meanwhile, will be transitioning fully into the role of founder and CTO.

Martin joins after years of experience in technology sales and customer success

“As more and more companies across all verticals increasingly depend on their partner ecosystem, the Channelscaler platform has enabled hundreds of mid-market and enterprise customers worldwide to scale their indirect and channel businesses,” said Martin. “I am thrilled and honored to join Channelscaler at this pivotal moment in the industry, and I look forward to collaborating with Kenneth as he shifts his focus to delivering industry-leading innovation and world-class customer support through the Channelscaler platform.”

Martin comes to Channelscaler with experience spanning the technology sector, having served most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at Litmus Software — a company acquired by Validity in April 2025.

Further, Martin has spent over 20 years in the technology industry, with companies that include OpenAir, NetSuite, and ForSee, holding a number of leadership roles in sales and customer success.

“I am delighted to welcome Brian to the Channelscaler team and look forward to partnering as we support our customers in winning partner mindshare and helping them create competitive advantage in their partner ecosystem,” said Fox. “Brian comes to Channelscaler with a proven track record in customer success and expertise in go-to-market strategies. He will further strengthen our leadership team and accelerate our journey as a channel program automation leader.”

Allbound and Channel Mechanics unite

In May 2025, Channelscaler emerged after two leaders in the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Channel Program Automation arenas, Allbound and Channel Mechanics, which had merged in 2024, announced they would operate under a new unified brand.

“Today marks a significant milestone as we go to market under a unified brand uniting two incredible companies,” Fox said at the time. “This isn’t just a name change, it’s a statement of intent. We’re combining intuitive partner engagement with enterprise-grade automation to deliver what channel leaders need most: the platform, data, and insights to scale partner revenue– with confidence and clarity.”

Channelscaler is solidly partner-focused, delivering measurable ROI by simplifying partner operations, accelerating indirect revenue, and reducing the cost of channel sales.

Through the combination of the two companies and rebranding into Channelscaler, the organization brings the shared strengths and expertise of both companies.

“We drove the consolidation of Allbound and Channel Mechanics because we saw immense potential in their combined strengths to set the standard for excellence in channel sales software,” John DeLoche, co-founder and managing partner of Invictus Growth Partners, said in May. “This strategic rebrand to Channelscaler aligns with the company’s mission to power partnerships and deliver ROI for our customers.”

Martin’s appointment is just the latest in a series of leadership changes for the channel. Read more about the most recent leadership moves for the month of August.
