Salesforce Expands Agentforce 360 Capabilities to ISVs

Salesforce expands its platform, letting ISV partners embed Agentforce 360 to build, sell, and scale AI-powered agentic apps with new capabilities.

Salesforce has recently announced that it is expanding its Salesforce Platform for independent software vendor (ISV) partners, enabling ISVs to embed the full Agentforce 360 as the foundation for their agentic applications.

This expansion will allow partners to build and commercially distribute their own AI agents and applications with core product capabilities that were previously available only to Salesforce customers.

Expanded capabilities for Salesforce partners

ISV partners can now use Agentforce 360, Agentforce Marketing, Agentforce Financial Services, Agentforce Automotive, Trusted Services, Salesforce Foundations, and Data 360.

By opening the commercial and operational foundation that supports their own products, Salesforce is now enabling software partners to:

  • Build products using an expanded portfolio of Salesforce capabilities: Agentforce 360, Data 360, Agentforce Marketing, Trusted Services, Salesforce Foundations, and industry capabilities give partners access to AI, data services, marketing orchestration, trust and identity, automation, and core workflows.
  • Use flexible pricing and packaging models: Partners can now adopt seat-based, usage-based, or consumption-based pricing through Flex Credits, providing modern revenue models that align with how customers buy software today.
  • Sell through an integrated marketplace with automated operations: Partners will be able to leverage AppExchange with upcoming auto-provisioning and billing, generate private offers, automate order creation, and streamline order-to-cash with the new Salesforce Partner Marketplace app.
  • Access real-time consumption and business insights: Partners receive automated monthly usage statements and real-time App Analytics data to see how customers use their products and scale them.
  • Accelerate growth through a global ecosystem: Partners gain the ability to tap into over 160k companies, 5,000 ISVs, and 7,000 systems integrators, and leverage insights and research from Salesforce Ventures.

By bringing together Agentforce 360, Data 360, Agentforce Marketing, Salesforce Foundations, Trusted Services, and new industry capabilities, partners can turn ideas into operational businesses without recreating the foundation themselves.
