NetWolves has partnered with Procure IT to integrate its Managed Intelligence Platform into the provider’s Site Connectivity as a Service (SCaaS) offering, aiming to give large enterprises greater visibility into IT spending across vendors, contracts, and services.

Why Procure IT and NetWolves formed the partnership

The goal is to give Fortune 1000 companies and large enterprises a clearer view of what they are actually spending on technology.

By adding AI-driven intelligence and modernized Technology Expense Management (TEM), NetWolves is moving beyond just connectivity to deep data insights.

What makes this specific tie-up interesting is its “agnostic approach.” Usually, a service provider only shows you data for the products they sell you. This partnership breaks that mold.

The new system allows businesses to see their entire IT environment in one place, including SaaS apps, mobile contracts, and cloud services, even if those services come from a competitor.

Randy Jeter, CEO of Procure IT, noted that this visibility is vital for companies that have patched together different tech solutions over several years.

“What our platform adds is the intelligence layer that helps unify data across providers, services and contracts into a clearer, more actionable picture. That is especially valuable in environments where tech solutions have been purchased from multiple sources over time,” said Jeter in a statement.

How the offering expands visibility across enterprise IT estates

For NetWolves, the move is a strategic step toward becoming more than just a vendor. By offering expert-led audits and real-time analytics, they are positioning themselves as consultants who help clients find hidden savings and performance gaps.

“NetWolves’ partnership with Procure IT supports our strategic vision to become a market-leading, data-driven network and security provider partner. It enables us to provide customers with a single source of truth across their technology estate along with the managed service experience NetWolves already brings to market,” said Michael Grossman, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NetWolves.

What the partnership could mean for channel partners and clients

The benefits aren’t just for the C-suite; they extend to the channel partners who sell these services. Instead of just selling a product, partners can now lead with data.

This allows them to spot issues before they become headaches and identify cost-saving opportunities before a contract even expires.

By combining NetWolves’ managed network expertise with Procure IT’s AI-heavy platform, the two companies are betting that visibility and “ongoing value creation” will be the next big requirements for the modern enterprise.
