Arctiq has acquired Verinext, combining two established IT services providers to expand capabilities across managed services, security, infrastructure, and automation as customers look to consolidate technology partners.

The deal, announced Tuesday, brings Verinext into Arctiq’s growing portfolio and is backed by private equity firm Gallant Capital Partners, the majority owner of Arctiq. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Building a broader services platform

The combination is positioned as a step toward creating what Arctiq describes as a next-generation technology services organization, with expanded coverage across the following:

  • managed services
  • hybrid infrastructure
  • networking
  • enterprise security
  • data and AI
  • autonomous operations and intelligence
  • enterprise service management

Arctiq CEO Paul Kerr said the deal reflects how modern IT environments are increasingly operated across interconnected infrastructure, network, data, security, and automation layers.

“This is about building a next-generation technology services organization that reflects how modern environments actually operate,” said Paul Kerr, CEO of Arctiq, in a statement.

“By bringing infrastructure, network, data, security, and automation together, we reduce complexity and deliver more resilient, automated outcomes for customers. Both Arctiq and Verinext have earned strong reputations through consistent delivery, and together we’re scaling that experience with greater reach, depth, and consistency across North America,” Kerr continued.

Verinext gains scale and reach as companies merge services and ecosystem partners

For Verinext, joining Arctiq is expected to accelerate growth while expanding geographic reach and engineering depth.

Brian Glahn, CEO of Verinext, said the combination preserves the company’s service model while providing customers access to broader technical resources and national-scale delivery.

“Like Verinext, Arctiq has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, delivery at scale, and trusted client relationships,” said Brian Glahn, CEO at Verinext, in a statement.

“Joining Arctiq accelerates our growth and expands our geographic reach and engineering depth, while preserving the service quality our customers expect. This means our customers gain access to a broader bench of experienced local technical advocates backed by national scale and a single partner that can support comprehensive strategy, delivery, and ongoing operations,” Glahn continued.

The companies said customers will benefit from a single partner capable of supporting strategy, implementation, and ongoing operations across the technology lifecycle, as organizations increasingly seek accountability from fewer service providers.

The acquisition also expands Arctiq’s partner ecosystem, with certifications and delivery expertise across vendors, including:

  • Cisco and Splunk
  • HPE
  • Google Cloud Security
  • Atlassian
  • Nutanix
  • Fortinet
  • Palo Alto Networks
  • Zscaler
  • CrowdStrike
  • NetApp
  • Pure Storage
  • Rubrik
  • SentinelOne

Responding to customer consolidation trends

The deal comes amid broader market shifts as enterprises streamline vendor relationships and look for integrated services rather than standalone tools

According to the companies, the combined Arctiq-Verinext organization is designed to address increasingly complex, distributed IT environments by delivering intelligence-driven, integrated outcomes.

Together, the firms combine managed security services and SecOps expertise with managed data center services and operational capabilities

The unified organization is expected to offer expanded managed services capacity and a deeper bench of specialized expertise to support modernization efforts while reducing operational risk.
