NinjaOne has unveiled NinjaOne IT Asset Management (ITAM), a new solution that gives IT teams visibility and control across their IT environment by unifying endpoint and asset management.

Built into the NinjaOne platform, ITAM aims to help organizations extend the life of their assets, reduce costs, and improve compliance by turning fragmented asset data into actionable insights.

How ITAM provides a holistic view of IT assets

According to the company, ITAM was made to address the growing complexity of managing both hardware and software assets in IT environments — especially as teams struggle to track systems across managed endpoints, unmanaged devices, and offline assets.

“IT teams can’t protect, optimize, or support what they can’t see,” said Rahul Hirani, Chief Product Officer at NinjaOne.

“With NinjaOne IT Asset Management, customers gain a clear, holistic view of every asset in their environment and the ability to act on that information. ITAM is a natural extension of our platform, and one our customers have been asking for.”

As a solution, NinjaOne ITAM provides a single inventory that continuously syncs asset data in real time. The company says this allows IT teams to make faster, smarter decisions while simultaneously simplifying day-to-day operations.

Streamlining ITSM workflows

NinjaOne claims that ITAM will help IT teams streamline integration with IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows, supporting faster decision-making across IT operations.

Key benefits of NinjaOne ITAM include:

  • Reduced costs and longer asset lifecycles ITAM provides real-time visibility into hardware and software usage and automates warranty tracking and license management to simplify budgeting and vendor management.
  • Stronger security with complete asset visibility – IT teams can identify unmanaged and legacy devices, understand how they connect to the environment, and take action to reduce hidden risk.
  • Simplified compliance By maintaining an accurate, real-time record of every device, license, and their dependencies, the solution provides documentation and insight that simplifies audits and supports regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Operational intelligence and ITSM enablement – IT teams can manage relationships and dependencies between assets, more easily integrate with IT service management (ITSM) workflows, and accelerate incident response, change management, and root-cause analysis.

NinjaOne’s banner year in 2025

In 2025, NinjaOne recorded a strong fiscal year, surpassing $500 million in annual recurring revenue and achieving nearly 70 percent year-over-year growth.

Among other things, the company credited its strong performance to the continued expansion of its unified IT operations platform, which consolidates tools to reduce risk and automate endpoint management.

This platform push illustrates why the company views NinjaOne ITAM as a natural next step.

“We credit NinjaOne’s growth to our relentless focus on customer success and commitment to simplifying IT,” NinjaOne VP of Business and Corporate Development, Erzan Uygur, told Channel Insider earlier this year.

“As IT and endpoint estates expand across physical, virtual, and cloud environments, organizations increasingly juggle multiple tools, driving up costs, risk, and operational burden,” Uygur added.
