The Global Technology Industry Association (GTIA) has announced the agenda for ChannelCon 2026, with programming focused on AI, cybersecurity, sales, leadership, workforce transformation, and partner ecosystem growth.

The event, themed “The Channel Effect,” will take place Aug. 3-5 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Registration is open and free for GTIA members.

GTIA said the conference is designed to bring together IT service providers, vendors, distributors, and consultants for peer learning, networking, and business strategy discussions.

“ChannelCon is where the IT channel community connects like no other place,” GTIA CEO Dan Wensley said. “This year, we’re delivering more. More depth, more relevance, more practical insights that can be applied the moment attendees return to their businesses.”

GTIA spotlights AI, partner programs, and workforce transformation

A featured Channel Visionaries Power Panel will bring together senior channel leaders to discuss how they are adapting to market changes, where they are investing, and what they see ahead for the industry. Carolyn April, GTIA’s vice president of research and market intelligence, will moderate the discussion.

Panelists include:

  • Manny Rivelo, CEO of ConnectWise
  • Craig Fulton, M&A advisor at Evergreen Services Group
  • Jennifer Anaya, senior vice president of global marketing at Ingram Micro
  • Jennifer Roy, CEO of Nucleus Networks
  • Kirti Gavri, senior vice president and head of corporate development at Thrive

The agenda also includes sessions such as “MSP AI Evolution: Moving from Prompts to Profit,” “AI Regret: Chasing the Hype is Setting You Back Years,” and “The Messy Middle: Why Most Partner Programs Stall Before the First Real Deal.”

GTIA Innovate Awards debut at ChannelCon

ChannelCon 2026 will also introduce the inaugural GTIA Innovate Awards, recognizing member-driven solutions with measurable business impact.

This year’s awards will focus on AI innovations already in production, with finalists presenting live and winners selected through expert judging and peer voting.

The conference will feature keynote sessions from filmmaker Ron Howard and author Alex Banayan and will close with a celebration featuring Royal Machines and surprise performances by 1980s artists.
