BlackFog, the developer of on-device anti-data exfiltration (ADX) technology, has partnered with distributor Exertis Enterprise to expand the vendor’s channel reach across the UK and mainland Europe. The distribution agreement, announced Sept. 15, positions BlackFog’s ADX platform as an immediate resale and services opportunity for Exertis’ partner ecosystem.

Deal brings BlackFog ADX to UK and mainland Europe ‘immediately’

Under the arrangement, BlackFog ADX will be available to Exertis Enterprise channel partners “immediately,” supported by enablement, deal support, and proof-of-value offers intended to accelerate deployments through resellers and service providers.

The vendor framed the partnership as a route to give partners differentiated cybersecurity capabilities against ransomware, extortion, and other data-theft-driven attacks. Channel teams looking to add ADX to ransomware and data protection portfolios will likely treat this as a complementary control to existing EDR/XDR and network defenses

“At BlackFog, we are committed to redefining data security for the modern enterprise with our innovative anti data exfiltration (ADX) technology. Our partnership with Exertis, one of UK/I’s fastest growing technology distributors, marks a significant milestone in extending our reach across the region,” said BlackFog CEO and Founder Dr. Darren Williams. “Together, we will provide organizations with unparalleled protection against unauthorized data exfiltration and evolving AI cyber threats, ensuring customers have access to cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions backed by trusted local expertise.”

What ADX does and why it matters now

BlackFog’s ADX approach is designed to prevent data from leaving devices, rather than solely relying on detection and response. The platform enforces on-device behavioral controls and real-time policies to block exfiltration at the source, disrupt attacker kill chains tied to ransomware and command-and-control traffic, and provide continuous, adaptive protection against evolving (including AI-enabled) tactics. BlackFog has been positioning ADX as a complementary layer to EDR/XDR and network controls.

Security teams and channel partners are increasingly focused on preventing data loss as the primary way to reduce blast radius, regulatory exposure, and extortion risk. BlackFog cites industry data and its own product wins as evidence of demand; the company has recently highlighted awards and industry recognition for ADX as it expands its presence in the channel. That credibility is intended to provide partners with a sales narrative that directly links ransomware prevention to revenue-generating managed services.

Exertis’ role and partner impact

Exertis Enterprise, which operates a partner program and a portfolio of value-added services across infrastructure and cybersecurity, will package BlackFog ADX for its reseller base and provide local enablement and commercial support.

For resellers, the deal offers a turnkey path to provide on-device prevention capabilities as either a product sale or a managed security service.

“Cybersecurity has shifted from a defensive necessity to a commercial differentiator. Organizations can no longer rely on static protection; they need adaptive measures that evolve as fast as the threats do,” said Dominic Ryles, sales and alliance director at Exertis Enterprise. “Our partnership with BlackFog brings this capability to the forefront.”

“By combining their pioneering anti data exfiltration (ADX) technology with our partner ecosystem, we’re enabling resellers and service providers to deliver solutions that not only safeguard customers against AI-driven and emerging threats but also unlock new routes to profitability. For our partners, this is about turning resilience into a competitive advantage,” Ryles continued.

BlackFog ADX is now listed as available through Exertis Enterprise for UK and mainland Europe partners. Resellers should contact their Exertis account manager for pricing, resources, and proof-of-value opportunities.
