BrainTrust Partners has launched two AI products aimed at tackling separate barriers to enterprise AI adoption: deciding where AI investments can deliver measurable returns and connecting fragmented business data to support AI agents and automation.
The company introduced BrainTrust AI BluePrint Builder, which assesses organizations’ technology environments and business priorities to identify and rank AI use cases, alongside BrainTrust Intelligent Experience Platform, or IXP, which connects customer and operational data for AI-driven workflows and interactions.
BrainTrust BluePrint Builder prioritizes AI investments
AI BluePrint Builder is designed for larger organizations trying to determine where applied, generative, and agentic AI can deliver business value. The product assesses an organization’s technology environment, data health, reporting processes, workflows, and business goals. It then identifies potential AI use cases and prioritizes them within an implementation roadmap.
That roadmap includes proposed timelines, resource and technology requirements, estimated budgets, and models for evaluating potential return on investment.
BrainTrust says the process can be completed in about an hour, compared with traditional consulting engagements that can take as long as 45 days. The company also designed the system to be reused as business priorities change, including during board meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning cycles.
“Business leaders are under pressure to make decisions about AI, but many aren’t sure where to start, how much to budget or what areas will provide the greatest ROI for their specific business,” said Tim Hayden, chief executive officer at BrainTrust Partners.
“BrainTrust AI BluePrint Builder gives leaders a confident and defensible view of where AI can make a difference in their business and what it will take to get there.”
BrainTrust partnered with Iternal to develop BluePrint Builder. According to BrainTrust, the system draws on information from more than 4,000 enterprise digital transformation and AI projects delivered over the past five years.
The product also monitors data and AI product announcements, which BrainTrust says gives organizations additional market information when evaluating potential investments.
AI ROI gap drives demand for clearer planning
BrainTrust is launching the planning product as companies continue to increase AI spending while struggling to demonstrate measurable returns.
The company’s public announcement cited KPMG’s Q1 2026 Global AI Pulse, which found that 95% of surveyed organizations had an AI strategy but only 8% reported an established return on investment.
BrainTrust also pointed to a 2026 Dun & Bradstreet survey of 10,000 businesses in which 6% said their enterprise data was fully ready to support AI at scale.
The company argues that BluePrint Builder addresses the investment side of that problem by helping executives compare potential use cases before committing budget, technology, and staff.
BrainTrust IXP connects fragmented enterprise data
Meanwhile, BrainTrust IXP is aimed at midmarket and multi-location businesses whose customer and operational information is spread across different systems.
The private AI platform connects that information so businesses can use broader customer and operational context for AI-driven interactions, automation, and decision-making.
BrainTrust initially developed the platform around automotive dealer groups. In that environment, IXP can connect information from dealership management systems, CRM platforms, inventory and service systems, websites, finance and insurance platforms, and sales and marketing systems to create a more complete view of each customer.
IXP brings customer context to AI agents
With that information connected, BrainTrust says an AI agent can understand a customer’s history and recent activity before an interaction begins.
For example, at an automotive dealership, the agent could access information about a customer’s current vehicle, service history, recent website activity, and previous interactions. It could then use that context to respond to an inquiry, identify the customer’s needs, and pass relevant information to the appropriate employee.
The platform also supports agentic AI interactions across SMS, email, and website chat.
“Most businesses already have tremendous amounts of information about their customers and operations, but that information often sits in different places, making it difficult to connect the dots and extract value,” Hayden said. “BrainTrust IXP connects the data so AI has the context to be more useful to businesses and their customers.”
BrainTrust AI BluePrint Builder and BrainTrust IXP are available now. IXP is currently focused on automotive use cases, but BrainTrust said it plans to expand the platform into additional verticals, including retail, hospitality, sports, and franchises, during the fourth quarter of 2026.
