Master Data Management (MDM) organization Stibo Systems has recently introduced new AI-powered features within its portfolio of solutions.

Reducing workloads while streamlining core operations in enterprise data: why the AI offering brings new value

According to the Denmark-based MDM leader, the AI enhancements are already in use by select global customers and are designed to streamline core data operations, reduce manual workload, and strengthen the quality and reliability of enterprise data for AI applications.

The new features from Stibo Systems include:

  • Enhance matching with AI and machine learning (ML): Enhanced ML features from Stibo Systems help simplify the complexity of matching and deduplicating customer records in the Customer Experience Data Cloud. Pre-trained neural networks, intuitive rule training, and ongoing learning from feedback help these new features minimize manual review cycles and increase match precision to deliver a more complete customer view.
  • Product description generation and text translation: With the Stibo Intelligent Assistant (SIA), customers can easily auto-generate SEO-optimized, branded product descriptions and translate them across markets at scale. These features improve consistency, speed time-to-market, and free content teams to focus on strategy, not manual writing. SIA also has an AI-powered data quality accelerator that utilizes natural language prompts to define and enforce business rules, such as detecting spelling errors, banned terms, or inappropriate language in product descriptions.
  • Attribute mapping in Product Experience Data Cloud (PXDC): Users can accelerate onboarding and ensure consistent, high-quality data by automating product attribute mapping across systems and suppliers. In Q1 2025, Stibo Systems’ AI automatically handled nearly three out of every four product data mappings.

Portfolio designed to meet the data needs of global enterprises

“Today’s enterprises are navigating massive volumes of data and increasing pressures to scale operations without adding complexity,” said Neda Nia, Chief Product Officer at Stibo Systems. “We’re embedding AI directly into the workflows of our customers, making it easier to drive greater efficiency and scalability.”

The new AI-powered features address customer priorities while being designed to enable enterprises to increase speed, improve accuracy, and operate with greater confidence as AI adoption grows across the channel.

“At our core, Stibo Systems aims to help global enterprises move faster with trusted data– not just for today’s operations, but to lay the foundation for what comes next,” said Adrian Carr, CEO of Stibo Systems. “Our new capabilities showcase how we’re applying AI in pragmatic ways to remove friction, increase agility, and create real business value.”

Stibo Systems Partner Program

In addition to new AI features, 2025 was also a year in which Stibo Systems launched a new partner program to boost partner growth and enhance customer value.

The Partner 360 program from Stibo Systems is a new alliance framework designed to enable transparency, innovation, and meaningful collaboration among go-to-market teams, system integrator partners, and enterprise customers.

“Partner 360 is more than a program– it’s a strategic shift,” said Carr. “It reflects our long-term commitment to share growth, where partners play a critical role in delivering the data-driven outcomes our customers rely on to thrive in today’s market.”

Among the key benefits of Partner 360 are:

  • Transparency: Partner 360 is designed to provide visibility into partner resources, KPIs, and processes, enabling easy access to benefits and measurement tools, as well as seamless execution.
  • Tiering and points system: The program offers a structured tiering framework with a points-based progression system, providing partners with a roadmap for advancement and unlocking new benefits, including enhanced access to training, marketing, and professional service days.
  • Investment in partner benefits: Empowerment for the Stibo Systems partner ecosystem with support to help partners excel.

“Our goal is shared success,” said Gauri Chawla, VP of global alliances and channels at Stilbo Systems. “With Partner 360, we’re turning partner feedback into action. Whether it’s advancing through a transparent points system or unlocking new business benefits along the way, our network now has more clarity, support, and opportunity to grow their business while delivering more value.”
