Global provider of unified cybersecurity for managed service, WatchGuard Technologies, is expanding its WatchGuard Cloud Professional Services Automation (PSA) to offer native support for ConnectWise Manage, Autotask PSA, and HaloPSA.
MSPs can now integrate entire WatchGuard platform with popular PSA tools
The integration includes the entire portfolio of network, identity, endpoint, and MDR services, solidifying WatchGuard’s mission to empower managed service providers (MSPs) by embedding security management into core systems to help them grow their businesses.

Through this expanded integration, WatchGuard will improve security operations efficiency and scale to each partner’s business model with flexibility.
The advancements will deliver seamless integration and reduce the need for spreadsheets, manual reconciliation, or disconnected workflows.
These advancements will be delivered through:
- Native integrations with ConnectWise Manage, Autotask PSA, and HaloPSA.
- WatchGuard Agent deployments through ConnectWise RMM: WatchGuard Agent is a single, modular agent for FireCloud client, endpoint security products, and add-ons– including patch management and encryption, NDR collectors, and cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. It is managed through WatchGuard Cloud, accelerates onboarding, reduces maintenance overhead, and simplifies upgrades. Qualified partners can join the WatchGuard Agent beta now.
- Automated workflows for asset synchronization, billing, ticketing, and contract management.
- Unified operations to eliminate manual processes, boost SLA compliance, and increase profitability.
AuthPoint MFA integration and Open MDR support will be available in early 2026.
