Acronis unveiled four AI-driven capabilities designed to help managed service providers consolidate service management, business intelligence and workflow automation within its Cyber Platform.

The upcoming Acronis Cyber Console, Cyber Intelligence, Service Desk and Cyber Studio tools will give MSPs a unified workspace for managing customer environments, identifying service and revenue opportunities, automating ticket remediation and building governed AI workflows using natural language.

Introduced during the “Acronis Accelerate: The Journey to Autonomous IT” event, the capabilities build on product launches Acronis has made since January. Together, they reflect the company’s broader effort to make AI part of its core platform architecture rather than a collection of standalone features.

“AI-native is not a feature label for Acronis. It is the design principle we used for our platform, and it is the approach that guides how we build and operate our products, and how we help partners run and grow their businesses,” Acronis CEO Jan-Jaap Jager said.

Acronis unifies MSP operations in Cyber Console

Acronis said the next phase of its Cyber Platform centers on four connected capabilities designed to help MSPs automate more of their operations.

The new Acronis Cyber Console will serve as a unified workspace that combines protection, infrastructure, management, and automation for technicians, business teams, and AI agents. Acronis Cyber Intelligence is intended to provide operational visibility across customer contracts and protected systems while identifying service gaps and potential revenue opportunities.

The company is also introducing Acronis Service Desk, which is designed to automate ticket enrichment, analysis, and remediation, and Acronis Cyber Studio, a workspace where MSP teams can create deterministic and agentic workflows using natural language while maintaining governance and oversight.

According to Acronis, the combined goal is to reduce operational complexity and minimize the need for multiple disconnected AI and service management tools.

Cyber Frame expands migration support

Acronis also announced expanded capabilities for Acronis Cyber Frame, adding integrated migration workflows that allow partners to move workloads from VMware and Microsoft Azure to Cyber Frame Cloud or Cyber Frame Local through staged migration and controlled cutover.

Paul Maritz, former VMware CEO and former chairman of the Acronis board, said the platform is designed specifically for managed service providers.

“Acronis Cyber Frame is a cloud offering designed for MSPs and designed to be sold through MSPs,” Maritz said. “It’s an integrated platform with infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, security, remote access and automation all built in. It’s the most comprehensive solution option that’s easy to manage and offers customers a great migration path forward from where they are today.”

Acronis positions AI as an MSP operating model

Acronis said the announcements continue a broader platform expansion that has included Archival Storage, MDR by Acronis TRU, GenAI Protection, and Cyber Frame, extending its platform across data retention, threat detection and response, AI governance, and infrastructure management.

Industry partners are also watching the shift toward automation. “The AI opportunity for the channel is here now but capturing it will require partners to invest in the journey rather than wait for comprehensive directives,” said Rob Rae, corporate vice president of community and partner experience at Pax8. “Acronis is putting the platform, intelligence and automation in place to help MSPs operate more autonomously and lead the next era of managed services.”

During the event, Acronis also announced Constructor Fabric, an Apache 2.0-licensed open-source software delivery project created with Constructor Group and Virtuozzo that aims to help partners build and customize AI-powered applications and workflows.
