TD SYNNEX is introducing several new powerful, customer-centric capabilities for StreamOne, their global cloud platform, to solidify the platform as a destination for XaaS innovation and partner growth.
The new platform has comprehensive hyperscaler coverage and new capabilities that unlock efficiencies and opportunities for various-sized partners. StreamOne is a fully global platform with new capabilities that are available instantaneously across all regions and is utilized by 30,000 partners to drive digital transformation.
Among these new capabilities include:
- StreamOne commerce API: This capability enables headless commerce, making it possible to add TD SYNNEX products to partner-built marketplaces and extend ordering and full order management for customers.
- StreamOne PSA Connectors: Allow for easily connecting platform data with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software, providing differential functionality such as billing reconciliation.
- Best-of-breed tools integration: StreamOne provides users with the ability to integrate top-tier tools via its open API architecture, allowing them to scale and automate processes.
- Real-time synchronized reporting: StreamOne uniquely provides real-time synchronized reporting on infrastructure as a service (IaaS) consumption, which enables partners to bill continuously throughout the month rather than waiting until month-end.
- White-label storefronts: Offered throughout the platform, these storefronts provide partners with a pre-built marketplace to extend StreamOne’s commerce and capabilities to customers, all under their own brand and without deployment or maintenance costs.
Further, StreamOne can provide marketplace syndication and simplify procurement processes for hyperscaler catalogs, starting with Microsoft Azure and AppSource SaaS solutions. Microsoft Ignite, which will take place between Nov. 18 and 21, will exclusively showcase the feature for the first time.
“StreamOne checks every box as far as being easy to use for both me and my team, increasing our ability to work efficiently,” said Andre Dowding, Managing Partner of Net Intellect and TD SYNNEX customer. “Specifically, being able to see accurate, real-time changes reflected through the new enhanced PSA integration has been tremendously helpful for our business.”
Additionally, TD SYNNEX is piloting a security operations (SecOpS) solution to provide partners with a more comprehensive view of their SMB customers’ Azure security postures. The SecOps functionality is currently available as a limited release to select partners, and full general availability is planned for 2025.
The SecOps functionality will provide an all-in-one view to detect potential threats, standardize deployment of security policies across customers, and recommend products to fill security gaps.
“StreamOne is more than just a marketplace – it is where all clouds meet,” said Sergio Farache, Chief Strategy and Technology Officer at TD SYNNEX. “It is a complete platform that includes a marketplace function, and also adds functionality to enable a seamless, end-to-end journey for any user, at any level. By unifying and standardizing all vendor systems into a single, consistent format, we are increasing efficiency and reducing complexity for partners, ultimately empowering them to focus on driving growth through increased digitalization of their business.”
