Recently, Skyhawk Security appointed channel veteran Jennifer Duman as their new Channel Director to lead their global partner program.

Channel veteran tapped to lead MSP, MSSP, and VAR-focused program

With more than 20 years of experience, including positions at Rackspace and Armor– formerly FireHost– Duman will lead Skyhawk’s channel-first strategy, which aims to empower MSSPs and value-added resellers (VARs) to deliver Skyhawk’s Synthesis Security Platform and its Autonomous Purple Team to customers in North America and EMEA.

“As organizations increasingly migrate to the cloud, the need for proactive cloud security solutions has never been greater,” said Chen Burshan, CEO of Skyhawk Security. “Jennifer’s wealth of experience in building world-class channel programs makes her a tremendous asset to our diverse leadership team. Her expertise will be critical in executing our 100 percent channel-first strategy, empowering partners with the tools and support they need to deliver Skyhawk’s AI-driven security solutions to customers. Cloud breaches continue to be a top concern. As of 2025, cloud spending is set to surge to $330 billion. Companies are scrambling to protect that investment. With Jennifer leading our channel efforts, we are confident in our ability to strengthen our partner ecosystem and accelerate global growth.”

Skyhawk Security’s partner program is designed to help MSPs, MSSPs, and VARs differentiate their offerings and drive new revenue streams with cloud threat detection and response. It provides partners with seamless access to Skyhawk’s AI-powered security platform and features recent enhancements including improved multi-cloud visibility, automated risk prioritization, and an enhanced partner portal to streamline deal registration, training, and co-marketing opportunities.

“I am thrilled to join Skyhawk Security at such an exciting time in its growth,” said Duman. “Skyhawk’s approach to cloud security is truly groundbreaking and I see tremendous value in bringing these solutions to market through a robust partner network. I look forward to collaborating with MSSPs, MSPs, and resellers worldwide to ensure they have the resources and support needed to drive success for their customers.”

Duman ‘s focus on building and maintaining relationships

Duman sat down with Channel Insider to discuss her new role, highlighting the importance of relationship-building in the evolving channel landscape.

Duman notes that over the past six to seven years, there has been an evolution in channel partnerships. Previously, most Fortune 1000 companies relied on a single reseller for about 90 percent of their spending, purchasing all their infrastructure, cloud, or security tools from one provider. Today, there is a level of segmentation and fragmentation in the market, where large enterprise companies engage with multiple channel partners, according to Duman.

Partner success is crucial for Skyhawk, as it is important to understand where the company fits in their journeys and within their business. The organization will soon launch a partner portal, along with a demand enablement series.

“At the start, it’s getting [partners] the understanding of where we fit,” Duman said. “Where do we excel the most? Where can they bring us in, and where we’re going to make them look good. It’s a lot of education enablement and– it’s going to launch the week of RSA– but we will be launching a partner portal, which there hasn’t been before.”

These new Skyhawk offerings will be essential for a successful channel-first strategy, alongside expanding their partner network and creating a scalable program. New integrations and APIs will also be developed to meet cloud security needs and enhance revenue growth for partners.

The new integrations will go beyond the existing ones built for AWS and become more accessible to enterprises that utilize Azure and Google Cloud as well.

“Our R&D team is constantly taking feedback from customers and partners, and using that to develop the roadmap,” said Duman. “Throughout the year, we’re going to see a lot of new features and new integrations added.”

Building relationships in the channel remains a vital aspect of innovation and scaling growth. Discover more about SentinelOne’s latest Global PartnerOne Program designed to empower partners with AI-driven security, tools, and support.
