Pax8, a leading cloud marketplace, recently announced a new points-based rewards system for partners, along with new and enhanced programs from their partner experience team.

Pax8 Voyager Alliance Rewards

The Voyager Alliance Rewards system is an upcoming points-based rewards system that will include curated redemption opportunities and an exclusive partner dashboard to track points.

The system is structured based on partners’ Voyager Alliance tiers and will be coming in the fall of 2025.

“The upcoming Rewards component of our comprehensive Voyager Alliance partner program further extends a curated experience for each Pax8 partner, empowering them to engage with Pax8 in unique ways once they start accumulating points,” said Craig Donovan, chief experience officer at Pax8.

Participating partners will receive a fixed allotment of points each month based on their tier and have the chance to be eligible for additional bonus points based on spend in the Pax8 Marketplace. The Marketplace will feature a rewards catalog for redemption and a rewards dashboard for partners to track their rewards earnings and redemptions.

“We’re excited to introduce this new element and continue rewarding partners for their participation and utilization of the Pax8 Marketplace, education, tools, and resources,” said Donovan. “We look forward to seeing how partners will leverage their points to invest back into their businesses with many options, including exclusive vendor opportunities, professional services, Pax8 Academy offers, and more.”

Partner experience enhancements

Pax8 is also introducing a series of new and enhanced programs, driven by its partner experience team, led by Rob Rae, Pax8’s corporate vice president of community and partner experience.

“We have always listened to our partners since the company began– partner feedback has been instrumental in how we’ve built the Marketplace and created existing support and enablement programs,” said Donovan. “But we never rest on our laurels and are always seeking ways to be even better for our partners, so I’m excited that Rob and his team of community engagement leaders will now lead partner experience to increase our level of engagement with a combined effort and more resources to drive partner success and satisfaction.

Among these new enhancements for Pax8’s partner experience team are:

  • Pax8 Partner Voice Network: This new partner feedback program and system gathers input from the Pax8 partner community, intending to continuously drive improvement and aggregate response data for partners to compare their experiences with those of their peers.
  • Pax8 Partner Advisory Council (PAC): The PAC will be updated with a revised format, frequency, and participation guidelines, led by Rae and his community engagement team.
  • Pax8 Facebook community page: This page will be updated with increased proactive two-way communication from members of the partner experience team to empower Pax8 partners with additional ways to engage.

“We are always evolving to ensure the best alignment internally to support our mission of helping partners succeed,” said Rae. “So, I’m excited to now lead the partner experience team at Pax8 as a natural progression of our journey. Our whole company cares about partner success, and this team will lead the charge with a sole focus on initiatives that help our partners stay engaged, heard, and supported.”

These new program enhancements are a part of Pax8’s strategy to drive partner growth and marketplace momentum. Learn more from Pax8’s VP of Channel and Community Engagement about how the company approaches AI, revenue growth, and more.
