Hewlett-Packard is struggling to fix the reboot problem with certain AMD-based desktop computers that had the Windows XP SP3 patch applied, according to eWEEK. HP said it is working with Microsoft to issue a new patch that will fix the problems.

Dell‘s promised channel blog, originally scheduled for launch today, is on hold, according to Channel Marker. No word as to the reason for the delay or the new launch date. But when it does make its fashionably late debut, partners can find it by going here.

Channel favorite Sage Software is pumping up its Partner Advantage program with better lead generation, “fast-track for growth” educational offerings, and promises to help partners with recruitment of employees, especially field sales reps, according to Channel Web. Sage makes accounting, finance, CRM and other software for SMBs.
