AI-native partner marketing automation platform for global enterprises, Structured, is naming Stacey Epstein as its new CEO.

Epstein takes role following years of experience in enterprise software leadership

Epstein will succeed founder and former CEO Daniel Nissan, who will advise during the transition.

“Structured already powers some of the world’s most sophisticated ecosystems, including IBM, Google, Zoom, Dell, and ServiceNow,” said Epstein. “My goal is to scale that vision with operational focus, customer obsession, and relentless execution. The new native-AI platform we’re rolling out in Q1 is purpose-built for the future of the ecosystem. It will drive stronger ROI for our customers and unlock new value for every partner across the chain.”

Epstein brings with her decades of enterprise software leadership across executive marketing and operating roles, beginning her career in channel marketing at Oracle.

She has also served in senior marketing leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer at SuccessFactors. She was also on the founding team of ServiceMax as CMO, served as CEO of Zinc, and CMO at Freshworks.

Structured promises ecosystem growth and an AI-native platform approach

“I started my career in channel marketing, and Structured represents a rare opportunity to apply decades of go-to-market leadership at enterprise scale,” said Epstein. “With a strong foundation and global customers, we are focused on building lasting value with our partners and shaping what comes next for the market.”

This move comes as Structured intends to expand its enterprise footprint and bring its next-generation AI-native platform to market in Q1.

The platform is built for personalization, scale, and measurable ROI to help global vendors and their partners collaborate, market, and grow together more effectively.

The platform has the following capabilities:

  • Agentic and generative AI: To drive smarter campaign creation, execution, and optimization across partner tiers.
  • Hyper-personalized engagement: For activating dynamic, localized content across industries, regions, and roles.
  • Orchestration at scale: To build and automate full-funnel campaigns across email, social, webinars, and ads.
  • Insight-driven growth: For turning real-time partner data into action that moves the needle.

“Structured’s customer value proposition is clear: eliminate complexity, drive performance, and empower partner marketers to win in an AI-first world,” said John DeLoche, co-founder and managing partner at Invictus Growth Partners, the majority owner of Structured. “We are grateful to Daniel Nissan for building an exceptional foundation and are excited to partner with Stacey and the team as they build on that momentum and take Structured, and the category, to the next level.”

Structured has secured additional growth capital from Invictus Growth to expand its go-to-market capabilities.

Structured has undergone several changes over the past few months, including a rebrand from StructuredWeb. Learn more about the move to rebrand for driving automation and partner collaboration.
