Cloud communications and IT organization, GoTo, is launching its new LogMeIn Partner Network, a program that supports IT partners and MSPs with solutions, resources, and enablement opportunities for business growth.

GSI and MSP support for a competitive landscape

The new partner network is designed to maximize partner success and support technology partners, resellers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and MSPs in their journeys with new and valuable benefits.

The launch of the Partner Network comes on the heels of Steve Shattuck’s hiring as Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems in 2025 to help drive GoTo’s expansion in the IT partner and MSP marketplace.

Among the benefits of the LogMeIn Partner Network are:

  • An industry-leading solution portfolio: AI-driven capabilities and new innovations for LogMeIn Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue to provide customers with unmatched endpoint management, remote support, and zero trust security.
  • Expert support: Partners will receive exclusive access to partner managers, solutions consultants, partner success teams, and marketing resources to enable rapid responses to evolving customer needs.
  • Comprehensive training and enablement: Detailed and fully supported onboarding, certifications, and ongoing sales training to help turn partners into experts.
  • New co-marketing opportunities: Joint campaigns, marketing funds, and pipeline generation programs enable partners to drive demand and accelerate growth.
  • Industry-leading partner rewards: Tiered incentives and recognition programs to reward top-performing partners the more they sell.

“GoTo is committed to providing the highest level of support to our partners, empowering them with industry-leading solutions, meaningful benefits, and the flexibility they need to succeed,” said Shattuck. “Together, we are building a stronger ecosystem that drives mutual growth and delivers top-tier endpoint management, remote support, and security to customers worldwide.”

Partners celebrate breadth of technical portfolio and strength of program

The new partner network will have additional updates for MSPs and GSIs launching later in 2026.

“Joining GoTo’s LogMeIn Partner Network has been a strategic decision for our business. Their portfolio is both comprehensive and practical, allowing us to deliver secure, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients,” said Marc Allen, ITAM/ISTM Solution Specialist at Softcat UK.

“What sets GoTo apart is not just the strength of their technology, but the quality of their partner programs. The enablement resources, marketing support, and responsive channel team make it easy to build pipeline and close business with confidence. We feel supported, not just supplied. In a crowd vendor landscape, GoTo stands out as a collaborative, forward-thinking partner that genuinely invests in mutual success.”

It’s the season of new partner programs in the channel, and Komodor, an autonomous AI site reliability engineering platform provider for cloud-native infrastructure, is launching a new global partner program. Read more about the new program for systems integrators, advisors, and VARs.
