MSP Netrio today announced its latest additions to its NetrioNow platform, promising its customers an automated services delivery model that goes beyond traditional provider resources.
Latest release of Netrio’s platform launches following acquisition integrations
NetrioNow is a proprietary platform developed specifically for the MSP market. Netrio describes it as a “next generation” offering that blends the best of human collaboration with the automation and efficiency gains enabled by AI implementation throughout the platform.
The platform’s latest version follows months of integration by Netrio, which combined the acquired Agio and its platform technologies into a unified operation.
“NetrioNow is a game-changer. The Agio team invested tremendous effort and expertise in developing and refining the AgioNow platform, and the customer response and adoption has reflected the power of this innovation – so much so that the platform played a key factor in Netrio’s decision to acquire Agio earlier this year,” said Gina Murphy, the president and chief transformation officer of Netrio. “The next generation of this platform – NetrioNow – has a robust feature set that delivers greater value to both our company and our customers. Our vision and plan are to invest in further expansion and enhancements, elevating the customer experience and creating opportunities for the broader MSP and MSSP community to do the same.”
Customers are promised an enhanced experience as they leverage the platform for managed services
Netrio says the platform is a first-of-its-kind approach centered on its customers. The experience combines compliance, governance, and various IT needs in one view that can also automate dashboards and other reporting tasks.
By using the platform, customers can achieve:
- Enhanced Efficiency: NetrioNow automates routine IT and security tasks such as patching, monitoring, and incident response, dramatically reducing manual effort and human error. This allows IT teams to resolve issues in minutes instead of hours, freeing resources to focus on higher-value, strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- Full Transparency: Customers gain complete visibility into their IT environment through live dashboards, comprehensive risk registers, and detailed audit trails. With 24/7 access to historical, current, and forward-looking service activity, organizations always know the state of their infrastructure, compliance posture, and performance.
- Proactive Cybersecurity: NetrioNow continuously monitors environments for vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, and emerging threats. By combining automated remediation with predictive AI models, the platform not only fixes issues as they appear but also prevents attacks before they can escalate.
- Customer Empowerment: NetrioNow empowers customers with a unified, self-service portal. Users can easily open and track tickets, block threats, access cybersecurity updates, and draw from a dynamic knowledge base. This means faster problem-solving, greater independence, and the ability to act immediately instead of waiting for a response.
- Data-driven Insights: With centralized reporting and AI-powered enrichment, NetrioNow transforms raw data into actionable intelligence. Executives and IT leaders can view clear visualizations of system health, compliance status, and risk exposure, as well as generate management- and board-ready reports.
Netrio positions itself as a new MSP experience and promises white-label offering in the future
This platform is designed for Netrio’s managed services customers to utilize. The company emphasizes how its customers can leverage the platform’s suite of AI solutions and other features to simplify their IT in collaboration with Netrio.
Other automations on the platform include threat monitoring and response, system health insights, unified ticketing, and access to the knowledge base, as well as auditing and service history available at any time.
Channel Insider spoke with Netrio CRO Mike Cromwell in August about the evolution of the global services provider following the acquisition of Agio and others. To Cromwell, the market demands and capabilities of providers are changing, and that change is ultimately beneficial to end customers worldwide.
“We do our best to talk about why change is good and what it will mean for the market. With scale comes the ability to innovate faster and bring new solutions to market,” Cromwell said at the time. “At the end of the day, if you don’t embrace change, it’s going to get harder and harder to compete.”
At launch, the platform is only available to customers; however, Netrio plans to white-label the technology for other MSPs to use in their own practices at a later date.
