Glassbox has earned Microsoft’s Solutions Partner with certified software designation for financial services AI, giving the digital experience analytics provider a new credential within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program as it expands its Azure-backed AI portfolio.

The designation confirms that Glassbox’s software meets Microsoft program requirements and is interoperable with Microsoft Cloud, including Azure.

“Attaining a Solutions Partner with certified software designation is an important way for partners to stand out in the market and demonstrate their proven capabilities in areas of high customer demand,” said Andrew Smith, Microsoft’s GM of partner programs and experiences. “Earning a certified software designation for your solution can help position you to meet the growing demand for cloud-based solutions.”

Glassbox expands Azure OpenAI Service-backed assistant

Glassbox is also deepening its collaboration with Microsoft through its continued expansion of its Glassbox Insights Assistant (GIA), powered by Azure OpenAI Service.

This combines Glassbox’s digital experience analytics expertise with Microsoft’s secure and scalable AI infrastructure, enabling customers to access advanced AI-driven insights with enterprise-grade security, privacy, and governance.

“With the certified software designation, our alignment with Microsoft reaches a new collaborative level,” said Guy Perry, CEO of Glassbox.

“Since launching on Azure Marketplace, we’ve partnered closely with Microsoft to ensure our platform meets the world’s demanding standards for security, privacy, and scalability. This designation reflects our shared commitment to delivering trustworthy AI-powered experience intelligence to the largest enterprises in the world.”

Glassbox Pulse adds operational intelligence

Glassbox’s newest designation comes on the heels of the organization’s unveiling of the Glassbox Pulse solution – an AI-powered operational intelligence engine.

The Glassbox Pulse turns customer behavior, technical cause, and business impact into operational influence, while Glassbox MCP Server makes the governed context available to enterprise AI systems, improving experiences, protecting trust, driving revenue, and scaling AI for enterprises.

“Enterprise AI has to move from answers to action,” said Guy Perry, CEO of Glassbox. “Glassbox gives organizations the trusted context to resolve issues faster, protect customer trust, and drive measurable digital outcomes at scale.”

Pulse detects and explains operational changes that determine whether enterprises can protect the customer outcome in time, from a stalled application or failed payment to release-related friction, avoidable service calls, and conversion risk.

Teams, meanwhile, can ask operational questions in natural language and receive answers tied to underlying evidence, including customer behavior, journey impact, errors, network logs, and server-side failures, enabling them to resolve issues faster and defend the actions they take.

Glassbox will continue expanding Pulse and the capabilities available through the Glassbox MCP Server.
