Unified communications provider Conversant has been appointed an official UK distributor for CentrePal, the Microsoft-certified contact center solution built natively for Teams.

The appointment coincides with the launch of the company’s new three-tiered C360 product suite, positioned as a complete communications ecosystem that brings together cloud telephony, collaboration, customer engagement, and analytics under a single supplier.

First Unify-certified contact center in the UK

Conversant highlighted that CentrePal recently became the first contact center platform to achieve certification under Microsoft’s new Unify integration model.

“We are proud to bring CentrePal’s Unify-certified contact centre to the UK market through Conversant,” said Simon Nakra, chief revenue officer at Conversant.

“With the new C360 suite and CentrePal’s native Teams integration, we’re offering businesses and partners a powerful unified communications ecosystem under one roof and with one supplier,” Nakra continued.

Unify enables solution providers to build native Azure Communication Services-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) applications on top of Teams’ calling infrastructure — supporting more intelligent CCaaS solutions and improving interactions between customers and contact center agents.

Conversant’s three-tier C360 suite is designed to provide organisations with a scalable communications framework that aligns with their size, requirements, and growth plans. It includes C360 Lite, C360 Plus, and C360 Premium.

Below is an overview of what each package offers:

  • C360 Lite: Core cloud telephony and Teams voice functionality built for small teams looking for a quick and cost-effective communications solution.
  • C360 Plus: Expanded capability with enhanced collaboration features, customer engagement tools, and deeper reporting features.
  • C360 Premium: Full communications ecosystem, including CentrePal’s Teams contact center for advanced customer interaction and enterprise-grade scalability.

“We are seeing a clear trend in the UK market prioritising simplicity and native Microsoft integration over complex, disjointed legacy systems,” said Jude Don, account director at CentrePal.

“By including CentrePal in their C360 suite, Conversant are giving UK organisations a seamless, reliable way to handle customer interactions directly within Teams. We are delighted to be working alongside the Conversant team to drive this value home,” Don added.

CentrePal is available immediately as part of C360 Premium, providing access to contact center services directly within Microsoft Teams.

A noteworthy addition to MSP portfolios

Conversant says its new offering delivers a strong value proposition for partners, MSPs, and resellers alike.

The company argues that the C360 package provides customers with a complete product suite, supports high attach rates and recurring revenue, and simplifies vendor and support relationships through a streamlined contract.

“This gives partners an opportunity to differentiate, scale, and deliver value-driven communications solutions without complexity,” Conversant said in an official press release.
