Arrow Electronics is expanding its privacy and consent management portfolio through a new distribution agreement with Usercentrics, bringing the company’s Cookiebot CMP to channel partners across eight European markets.

The agreement covers Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the U.K., giving Arrow partners another platform to help customers manage consent requirements and navigate evolving privacy regulations, including GDPR.

Arrow adds Cookiebot CMP across eight European markets

Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business will add Cookiebot CMP, part of Usercentrics’ privacy portfolio. This addition will help organizations navigate evolving privacy regulations while maintaining digital marketing and data-driven operations.

“Privacy has gone beyond compliance to become a business imperative. Organizations need solutions that help them meet regulatory requirements without compromising customer experience or digital marketing performance,” said Mike Worby, head of strategic alliances EMEA at Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business.

“Usercentrics gives our channel partners access to a market-leading consent management platform that supports both objectives, enabling them to help customers build trust while protecting the value of their digital investments,” Worby added.

Channel partners gain a new privacy and compliance offering

Arrow’s channel partners will gain access to Usercentrics’ CMP to enable customers to manage user consent and support compliance with global privacy requirements, including GDPR.

CMP simplifies the deployment of privacy controls across websites and digital properties and supports consent signal frameworks, such as Google Consent v2, Amazon Consent Signal, and Microsoft UET Consent Mode.

The platform also integrates with common content management systems and marketing technologies.

“Arrow’s reach, together with its expertise in supporting channel partners, makes it an excellent distribution for Usercentrics,” said Donna Dror, CEO at Usercentrics. “As privacy requirements continue to evolve, organizations are looking for trusted partners that can help them implement scalable consent management solutions. Together, we will help channel partners address growing customer demand for privacy-first digital experiences.”
